Service was friendly yet not as prompt as it should be. Most of the food was acceptable, the french fries were not fresh they were cold, lukewarm at best, and hard.. fix the fries and the whole experience would have been decent or at least acceptable..

4 different days, at 11:30 a.m., they can't serve one hamburger without me having to pull into a curbside slot to wait for 10 minutes. Do they know they are supposed to cook hamburger patties here? How bad can these managers be that they don't have the food prepped to serve a single hamburger, in a timely manner, at lunch. No combo, no fries, just one single hamburger, over a 10 minute wait, there was no line. Do better, or just go home and let people with common sense have a job.

This is literally the worst McDonald’s location in Lafayette. I hate that it’s the only one close to my house. They have actually never once gotten my order right … always forgetting to take the pickles off or forgetting ketchup. Tonight it was both. Usually the food is cold and I have to microwave it. Also, tonight my burger was medium rare which was weird so I did not eat it. Anyways I hate this location and wish someone would step in to make it better cause it’s not my fault nothing is open past midnight in this city and all I want is some decent food when I get off of work
Horrible manager providing horrible service. When I pulled through the drive through because their app crashed and didn’t put my order through, but still charged me the money. The manager was standing behind the desk and didn’t address me for 2 minutes as she was on her phone. When I showed her clearly where they charged me and removed the money from my account she responded with “there’s nothing i can do.” She didn’t offer to refund me my money and if I asked if I could get my food she said she couldn’t give it to me because they never received the order. Absolutely abysmal treatment for any costumer to receive.

i used to doordash with my sister and we'd come here a lot for orders. i had a manager yell at me that i couldn't use the bathroom when the mcdonald's was full and i had already seen multiple people go in and out. my sister has been cussed at and made to cry by managers, etc and she wasn't rude to them, they had no reason to act that way with us. their service here is ridiculous. they have the rudest staff ive ever met and for a mcdonalds its really not that hard to find rude staff. its more rare for me to find nice people working there, personally. but i'm disappointed in this place. the entire management team for this specific location needs to be REPLACED. rude, unprofessional, and UNNECESSARILY disrespectful. will never go to this location again. now as for the food, every customer i had with doordash for this location complained. so not only did they have terrible service but they're lazy af when it comes to their food and dont check their orders.
