Location states they open at 0500, arrive at 0502, wait in the drive thru for 5 minutes before greeted to order. Pull up and pay, move windows for drinks and then told to pull forward to the next window for 10 minutes to get the wrong order. The first customer of the day and you’re told to pull forward (as you are no matter the time of day here) just to get your order made incorrectly. Just go next door, it’s hardly worth it.

Yesterday I stopped in to use the bathroom and a employee walked in to use the stall, I washed my hands left out to order, when the kid was right behind me. No way did he stop to wash his hands, so I walked out. But the reason I'm writing this review is to let management know that I'm reading the reviews and it's so disappointing that your reviews and Whataburger's reviews are so bad that I'll just walk in the TA and get a Microwave burger !!!

Worst McDonald's in Lafayette. Do yourself a favor and drive a few miles down the road to the Carencro location. Wrong food, wrong drink. Then I had to wait so long for a new drink, the food they got right was cold. And to top it off, I ended up leaving without my drink because I didn't feel like waiting any longer than the 10 minutes I already had. Manager and staff could care less. This place is absolute trash.

The manager welcomes you when you come in. The lobby is clean because the manager she is cleaning the tables along with bringing extra napkins without us asking. The food was very fresh! This is our favorite McDonald's!

Service is the absolute worse. I ordered my food 20 minutes before I got there, got a notification saying they're preparing my food, then once I get there I wait another 10 minutes just to be told they never started on the order. The fact when I pulled up there was only 2 cars in the drive thru and a few in the parking lot, but multiple cars came and went after me. Once I had to head to work since I was already late, I tried to get my refund but I couldn't because the app says the food was already being prepared so head back to location and get the order. This app, system, or whatever you wanna put this on needs to be fixed immediately.
Everything’s getting worse. This location is doing the same trick as the Burger King around the corner making you pull up to the curb to trick the vehicle sensors into the store having shorter wait times than what is real. Corporations are ruining everyone’s experiences by forcing businesses to meet quotas. Who pays for this? We do.

Never had a bad experience until tonight did Mobile order got there fries cold ..ask for fresh fires received it but no apology just closed the window..my happy meal was extra fries 🍟 they gave me apple slices instead 😖
