Worst McDonald's in Lafayette. Do yourself a favor and drive a few miles down the road to the Carencro location. Wrong food, wrong drink. Then I had to wait so long for a new drink, the food they got right was cold. And to top it off, I ended up leaving without my drink because I didn't feel like waiting any longer than the 10 minutes I already had. Manager and staff could care less. This place is absolute trash.

My iced caramel latte was so sweet I had to throw it out. Trying to give someone diabetes. The eggs from my platter was overcooked/rubbery. My hashbrowns drenched in oil. Never again

The manager welcomes you when you come in. The lobby is clean because the manager she is cleaning the tables along with bringing extra napkins without us asking. The food was very fresh! This is our favorite McDonald's!

Service is the absolute worse. I ordered my food 20 minutes before I got there, got a notification saying they're preparing my food, then once I get there I wait another 10 minutes just to be told they never started on the order. The fact when I pulled up there was only 2 cars in the drive thru and a few in the parking lot, but multiple cars came and went after me. Once I had to head to work since I was already late, I tried to get my refund but I couldn't because the app says the food was already being prepared so head back to location and get the order. This app, system, or whatever you wanna put this on needs to be fixed immediately.

Everything’s getting worse. This location is doing the same trick as the Burger King around the corner making you pull up to the curb to trick the vehicle sensors into the store having shorter wait times than what is real. Corporations are ruining everyone’s experiences by forcing businesses to meet quotas. Who pays for this? We do.

Never had a bad experience until tonight did Mobile order got there fries cold ..ask for fresh fires received it but no apology just closed the window..my happy meal was extra fries 🍟 they gave me apple slices instead 😖

Im starting to hate McDonald's seriously...and its sad that you cant get a decent bite to eat with them turning your stomach...this was the last .Mostly I ger my kids food from here, I myself if I need to take my meds ,and want to put something on my stomach I'll settle for a cheese burger. The other was the first time I wanted my money back. Usually I'll settle for them making it over . I ask for a Mc double with no onions add mayo and this what I got . Its sad to think they would hand something out like this...4 bucks and some change....like really give it back!!!

15 minutes for a quarter pounder meal and the guy two cars behind me got his 3 bags of food before me. Yall also don’t know what cheese only means. Just say you hate me.
