This location is awful. I’ve had several instances where I place an order and the order is wrong. The online ordering system is trash. Today I waited over an hour for fries for a curbside order and watched while everyone in the drive threw came and went and the employees and the drive through line gazed into the abyss like there wasn’t anything else to do. This isn’t the first instance this has happened. The customer service is terrible. The time management for curbside orders are simply not built correctly and the employees are not competent.

Everytime I go to this McDonald's they always seem to forget to put my correct order in the bag or leave out something that I ordered and paid for. This morning I ordered 2 Steak, egg and cheese bagels, and a hash. The hash browns were not in the bag and even though I was showing the cashier my receipt they still kept insisting that I hadn't ordered hash browns but finally gave me the hash browns but I had to argue with her even though it cleared showed on my receipt. Worst service ever!!!

The absolute WORST McDonald’s. THE WORST. They’re consistently rude, mess up the orders almost every single time, and are EXTREMELY SLOW. Be prepared to sit here for 20 minutes at any time of the day. The employees are beyond rude and disrespectful. Get it together, McDonald’s.

Giving them a 1 is a bit too good. The food was horrible, the fries were cooked too much, there were no bags or napkins. They served my food in a Kid’s meal box. Granted I ordered two McRib meals which was extremely too expensive. I paid $20.19 for two McRib meals. The service was horrendous and clerk seemed a bit slow mentally. I understand that it may not be this bad all the time, but today was a McDonald’s nightmare.
Saturday,11-30-2024 @/ around 8:25a.m. Terrible Service , you don’t even get greeted in the drive thru , No Goodmorning, No Greet , ( Can I take your Order ? Yes ) . Get to the window, No Eye Contact , we hear Wait , she’s apparently taking another Order , sitting , lean to the side , hand on the back of her head and finally after a few minutes pass , still no Goodmorning or Hi , $ 12.07 . I told the young lady , never mine , we will go next door to Chick-Fil-A . Customer Service is apparently highly overrated, so sad , A smile goes along way . Managers take time and train employees in a Positive, Motivational Way & to let them know how very important there job is to the Company and how they are an asset to the future continue Success of the Company and the Establishment there @ this location . Sorry to the Cashier Rep that apparently is having a Bad Morning, but all the people you interact with @ that window have Money for the Company you work for . Have a great day
