I went through the drive thru and my burger was missing things. I called and spoke to Ms Aliysa (hopefully spelled right) and she made it right! She was very polite and super helpful!!!

We waited in the drive through line for 32 minutes after we ordered at the speaker. They didn’t put sausage on the sausage biscuit, they didn’t even bother putting the hash brown in the sleeve. Just threw the closed sleeve in the bag and didn’t give a single napkin. I called up there and got yelled at and hung up on.

Best McDonald’s burger I’ve had outside of Korea. Actually real beef, plus a big patty that went beyond the buns. Drink was not it, though. Also I said thank you and they didn’t say it back 😭. (Admittedly it was around closing time)
