The manager was rude. We ordered 2 Large Dr. peppers and a large fry. The lady read it back as just that. We get to the window to pay, sat there at least 3 minutes before anyone came to the window. He asked what we had so we told him 2 lg Dr. peppers and 1 lg fry. He got an attitude and said “no it’s only 1 Dr. pepper and 1 lg fry”. Very dissatisfied with how he acted.

i went over there with a code, i proceed to tell the person on the microphone that i have a code. i pull up to the window and there’s no code on my ticket. I was charged for a full meal.. and my meal was WRONG.. gotta do better

Came inside and place a dine in order on the kiosk, they gave us our order in bags instead of on a tray which is whatever. The biggest issue was one you can hear the employee Josiah “yelling” at other employees. When I finally got my food my burger was made wrong, I specifically asked for no lettuce cause I despise lettuce on burgers. My ticket even said no lettuce, so we asked for it to get remade and the girl upfront politely helped us. When it was done Josiah handed the bag to my boyfriend and said kinda in a rude tone “So you rung it up wrong” implying that it was our fault. Just overall not the best customer service, we were never rude to them so there was no need for that

My service was TERRIBLE. A women answered the phone from when I called, I asked her a question and she “couldn’t hear me” so I got louder and spoke slower. I guess she thought it was coming off disrespectful and said I was slow!

The food I order is always correct and the employees there are always sweet. But anytime i place an online order it takes me 20+ minutes to get my food. Once I get to the second window they will pull me into a stall and the entire drive thru line will be cleared before I get my food. it isn't always like this but most of the time it is. there was one instance where I ordered 4 drinks and the same thing happened with getting pulled forward, waiting 20+ minutes, and everyone in line getting served before I do. it's just frustrating because I place online orders so that I won't have to wait as long because im trying to get to work. no hate to the employees, I work in customer service and I understand various factors could cause this, it's just extremely frustrating at the frequency of it

I called McDonald’s, I said “can I order?” Then they hung up and I called again and they made ringing sounds, then hung up. Then, I called again and a different person answered, I asked if I could order and he hung up. Surprisingly , they called me saying they had my information and my phone number, so I hung up. Later I called back, she said they are sending police my way and hung up once more. I was refused service multiple times for no apparent reason. The service here is horrible, if you want to go eat. Go somewhere else!!
