Door Dashers beware... Dashing on a Friday night, I received instructions to pick up an order at this location. Upon arrival, I sat through drive thru line with several cars in front of me. Reached the order speaker, stated I was there for Door Dash order, gave last 3 of order number like every other McDonalds order I have picked up. Was told by staff that I had to pick up the order inside. Drove to a parking spot and attempted to go inside. Pulled on one door, door was locked. Went around building to another door. That door was locked too. Saw a woman (customer) inside. Saw a man (staff) inside mopping. Knocked on door. He opened door, let the customer out, and stated to me that the lobby was closed. When I objected, he went to speak to manager and at this point another Dasher joined me at the door, also instructed to go inside after sitting for some time in drivethru line. Guy came back and insisted we get back into drive thru. I stated I just came from there. He went to get the manager and she refused to assist. Kept saying lobby was closed. I went to get back in the drivethru line and saw there were now 9 cars in line before me this time. I called Dasher Support to get assistance. When they called the store, the manager told them lobby was closed. The sign on the door said they are open til midnight. It does not say lobby hours are different from drive-thru. All of this for a 5.50 order with Door Dash. Not worth the 30+ min it took to deal with this.

Everytime is a wait i don't understand how it takes 15 min for 2 sandwiches, an i work in the restaurant business. I come to get fast food an it's a waiting game for every car that pulls up. an the burger is halfway of the bun, an ketchup is all over the wrapper an bun. And I asked for light mayo on a hot n spicy an it looks like they put extra yall so lucky I have work an couldn't come back. The amount of brain power it takes to make a burger correctly is little to none so who is running this McDonald's!
I did a mobile order every wa correct but definatly rushed my bun wasn’t even on the sandwich both buns were on top. We had a laugh

4 different days, at 11:30 a.m., they can't serve one hamburger without me having to pull into a curbside slot to wait for 10 minutes. Do they know they are supposed to cook hamburger patties here? How bad can these managers be that they don't have the food prepped to serve a single hamburger, in a timely manner, at lunch. No combo, no fries, just one single hamburger, over a 10 minute wait, there was no line. Do better, or just go home and let people with common sense have a job.

This Mcdonalds is terrible. There is always a long wait even for a single item. This place should be shut down. Mcdonalds is never this bad. So much for fast food. Thirty minutes for then nuggets is terrible.

This McDonalds is the WORSTEST. Every Friday, we treat the kiddos to a Happy Meal. I can be the ONLY CAR IN LINE and these whizzes get me to pull over in the waiting line. This is definitely not because the food needed to be prepared-my fries are always COLD. When I actually ask why they made me pull off when I was the only customer in line, their response is "the people in line BEHIND ME." W T F. BEHIND ME!?I point tgis out, they get bewildered as to listening to their logic and then run back into restaurant and hide. This place sucks.
By far THE BEST MCDONALD'S I've eaten from in my 51 years of life!!

Haven't lived in the area long but I've learned to expect the order to be wrong here. I do have a larger family but it really isn't hard to out the correct stuff in the bag. Chik FIL A never seems to have that

Not greeted at the counter, service was slow (10 minutes for 3 sandwiches and 3 drinks, only 1 is a prepared drink). Watched the food sit for almost 5 minutes while waiting on someone to start making a smoothie. Continous issues with long wait on orders whenever a smoothie is ordered. Other locations don't have this long wait with smoothies. This location is convenient but the wait and service is not worth it.
