Got Chef's Breakfast with eggs and liver, it was so good. The brown gravy with liver was amazing. Made very well. I had to tell the chef!!! Mmmmmmmm yummy!!

I sit at the counter. It's always just me, and I don't want to be rude and take up a table. Or waste my time and ask for one. Either way... I've been ignored 4 out of the last 5 times, for at least 15 minutes. The longest was 28 MINUTES. Seriously?! Their servers are busy, but they don't care. If they did, they would apologize at least once, not unlike the servers at Pizza Amore in Carencro. It's training and prioritization. And for what it's worth, it's Sunday night, so I'm going to Shakeback's. THEY'RE AMAZING!

Me and my classmates love coming here for lunch and usually the service is great. However. every time we have Nicole as a server she is rude and just kind of stares at us like we have something on our faces maybe because we are younger (even though that shouldn't matter) She's rude and every time we get her we know what to expect. so if you go stay away from her section.
We came in from out of town. Our server was Brea (I believe it's how you spell it). She was absolutely amazing! She made us feel welcomed, she was efficient, and I think she is the only server we have ever came across who didn't set drinks in front of the baby or hot plates. We came in with a large party and she was ready for us.The food was delicious. They made everything the way we asked. It came out hot. The diner was clean, and the whole 50's vibe was an awesome look to go with our new experience. We came in about 6:30am, and it was a good time bc about an hour later on a Saturday morning, it started filling up fast!

We walked in it was unreasonably freezing in the restaurant with ac winds blowing heavily from all directions. We were told to sit anywhere so we did, didn’t get served for 15 minutes I had to get up and go ask for a server. Their special was grilled shrimp … I ordered it and had it sent back because there isn’t but 6 shrimp on the plate. After realizing we were her table the waitress was great and apologetic . Experience overall was absolutely terrible. Wouldn’t recommend & won’t be back. Food was also very under seasoned if seasoned at all …
