I couldn’t get a pulled pork sandwich, but apparently this is a bbq restaurant only on Sunday? The waitress was rude when I requested it be made. The bench was full of crumbs when we sat down and there were gnats everywhere in the bar area. Throw the whole restaurant away.

What a huge disappointment! They don't even offer meat options or corn grits anymore, only on Sunday's! I ordered sprouts and it took 40 minutes to bring to the table. This place that was once good will be closing its doors soon!

We had a private party on the back porch that was a huge success! Everyone at MidCity -- management to server -- went out of their way to help us pull off a great event. The food was fabulous, and every detail came through just as promised. Highly recommend!

I could eat my weight in the Bacon burnt ends. Great spot for lunch or dinner. Great specials.

I visited Tchoup's on 9/20/24 with friends, and the service was absolutely appalling. While the drinks were great, we faced numerous issues with our food orders, but the way we were treated overshadowed everything.

The staff was disrespectful and dismissive throughout our visit. When we raised concerns, the servers rolled their eyes and became condescending. A manager even argued with us instead of addressing our issues, making us feel unwelcome. The atmosphere turned tense, and sarcastic comments from the staff only added to our frustration.

We left feeling disrespected and dissatisfied, despite the food problems being minor. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on the terrible customer service.

I've had a long day as a mom who works full time and has chauffeured kids to and from after work, when my real job begins. We had dinner as a family on the patio. The new menu is amazing. My kids loved the kids menu and I was able to have a proper adult drink (old fashion) while enjoying exquisitely prepared food I would not have the time or skill to make at home. So it's a win win. Wonderful ambience and all of the little touches do not go unnoticed. The food is amazing and the drinks are on point. The breeze was cool and they even have a magical way of warding off all mosquitoes. It was great!! I appreciate the experience and the comfort of the food!!

This place is horrible. Customer Service is horrible! Food was horrible, so much for a Happy Hour. They block me on Facebook. I never felt so judged in my life. They have better options for bbq than this place. Marketing rule 101, address your customers on Facebook don’t block them.

Whoever is running your page, blocked my profile on Facebook so you wouldn’t get my review, that is why I came here. Don’t worry, my post on Facebook is getting a lot of traction.

Most of our food was cold. Full slabs of fat for brisket, cold instant mashed potatoes and some sides brought to table 10 mins after the meat. One order was entirely wrong and we had to ask them to correct it. By then, we were ready to leave and asked to have it boxed. A second waitress very rudely tossed the to go box on the table. The chef / “‘manager” came out to address us - very smug and condescending. It was CLEAR they felt we were trying to get a feee meal. The disrespectful undertones and condescending smirks were the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will NEVER patronize this establishment or any affiliated establishments ever again.

I really liked this place it was very cozy. The staff was polite, and they were certainly working, but the place wasn't crazy busy. It was a little hard to get thier attention a few times. The food was pretty good. I got a Southern Ceasar I liked it a lot, but would have liked it a lot more if it hadn't been smothered with dressing. It was just too much some restraint could have been shown. Overall would go back. I mean honestly it was a 4.5 of 5.

Parking: There seems to be plenty of parking it is a gravel lot though.

Love the food, but VERY VERY disappointed this trip. Always get the shrimp and grits. Got take out this time. Shrimp over cooked, always had tails off, not this time. Very salty. Swimming in sauce, had to eat with spoon. Couldn’t even finish. No consistency.
