The self ordering option is a little confusing. And that's how they roll.The cheese Mac & cheese & potato soup were good. Just not crazy about the ordering system. Never got visited by anyone after getting our food. It's not a bad place, I just think they can do better.

The pizza and Newk's Q sandwich are two excellent dishes served here. If you haven't been here before, give it a try; the wait isn't at a fast food level, more like a deli. Overall, the facility was tidy and well-maintained, and the staff provided timely, courteous service. A good place for lunch where you can order in advance and pick up. The food was fine but wish I could have been able to eat my soup. They gave me one spoon which was disgusting and when asked for a second, it was equally disgusting. Their silverware is not cleaned very well at all which makes me wonder what else in there is not cleaned. Please use a clean sponge and soap Newk's!
