The quality of cake has always been good. I’ve never gotten something that wasn’t tasty and well worth the price. Very conveniently located

I went over there and ordered a bundt carrot cake and it was very dry so I decided to call and speak with the manager and she tells me nobody never complained before. Well I'm somebody! I I just threw it in the trash when I got home ..i just wasted 6 bucks ..very pricey place and you get more frosting than cake

The problem is the price. 5.95 is very high for basically a cupcake or mini bundle cake. Then no utensils. This has nothing to do with the economy. At some point you have to know that people will stop coming in for these prices. Great place if you can afford it

Absolutely appalled by the treatment of my autistic daughter.

We were celebrating a very special day — my twin children’s first grade graduation — and chose to include our 4-year-old autistic daughter for a joyful family lunch at Izumi Ramen in Lafayette, where the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We then walked next door to Nothing Bundt Cakes to let the grandparents pick out a celebratory treat for the kids.

The moment we entered, my autistic daughter exclaimed “Happy party!” with pure excitement, as any child might when seeing a room full of cakes and joy. What should have been a sweet moment was met with cold, hostile behavior from a staff member who was on the phone.

Instead of showing any human decency, she stared at my daughter with disgust, making it painfully obvious she had a problem with her simply for being different. When I told my family we should leave due to her behavior, she rudely snapped, “I’m on the phone.” Even after my father-in-law gently explained that our daughter is autistic, the employee doubled down with an even nastier, “I can’t hear, I’m on the phone,” as if her phone call justified her cruel attitude.

Let me be clear: this wasn't about a phone call. This was about a complete lack of compassion and basic human respect — toward a little girl with a disability.

We walked out without making a purchase, and I will never spend a dime at this business again. I urge every family with special needs children, and every person who values decency and inclusion, to take their business elsewhere.

The cakes might be sweet, but the service was absolutely bitter.

We were in the store for less than one minute—just long enough for my 4-year-old autistic daughter to walk in, smile, and exclaim “Happy party!” when she saw a cake on display near the door. It was a sweet, innocent moment. But what followed was appalling.

Instead of welcoming us, the employee immediately made a scene, insisting that we “quiet her down.” I calmly explained that my daughter is autistic and wasn’t screaming—she was simply talking loudly with joy. That explanation fell on deaf ears. There was no empathy, no kindness—only judgment and coldness.

The store was silent aside from my daughter’s voice. Perhaps they aren’t used to actual customers if they’re so disturbed by the sound of a happy child. We were prepared to buy six cakes—but we left empty-handed, humiliated and heartbroken.

I will never step foot in this store again, and I will go out of my way to tell anyone considering a purchase that this business discriminates against autistic individuals. No one deserves to be treated like this—especially not a child who simply saw a cake and felt joy.

Shame on you, Nothing Bundt Cakes.

Ordered a cake off their website, chose delivery. Mistake. Cake was never delivered, called them back same day, they told me 1 out of 5 online orders gets messed up. Said I needed to reorder. So I began to verbally place my order, was interrupted by them saying they were busy, I needed to order online again. Fast forward 2 days later, my pending charge gets charged, for a cake I never received. Called back asking what could be done to rectify my situation, was told by the manager, it's not their problem, they just fulfill orders, I needed to contact the delivery service, Uber eats. I did not order through Uber eats, I ordered from their website, therfore I did not have an Uber eats confirmation number, only a Nothing Bundt Teriible Customer Service confirmation number. So when I called the Uber eats 800 number they gave me, of course, they had no idea what I was talking about and nothing to refer too. Called NBT back, again, nothing but deflection and zero ownership. No cake, $56 out of pocket, zero compensation from anyone. The worst customer service ever. Total trash business model.

I pulled up NBC on Google for the secretary at my job the other day and I was completely confused and shocked by the low rating/ and straight up insane reviews I’ve seen. 😂 so in hopes that any sane person doesn’t pull those up and make a judgement call based off that, I decided to drop a review. I absolutely LOVE this place. I stop in when I get a very frequent sweet tooth for a white chocolate raspberry bundtlet (the best!). The staff is always so sweet and ready to help. Angeline and Sarah are the only girls whose names I remember but ALL the girls are so sweet and helpful! Even if the person at the cashier is busy with another costumer, usually another team member is right around the corner willing to check me out. I’ve also used NBC for birthday cakes because it’s the only cake I like and their pick-up process is easy convenient. The amount of

Im pretty sure once I post this story, the manager will know what I'm talking about.

Last week I placed an order online for a chocolate chip cake for my mother's birthday. I put the pick up time for 11:15. I paid for it online using my credit card and put my name down. Emphasizes on the my name part.

Here is my stroy.

Day comes to pick up my order. I walked in around 10:30, because I was already in town. I told the person behind the counter that I realize I am a little early and can understand if my cake is not ready, however am here to pick it up. She ask me for my name and starts to look confuse. She tells me, "That cake already went out. I remember that cake. It went out around 8am this morning. Did you have someone else pick up your cake for you?" Me: "No. 8am? Who picked up my cake? I was at home with my daughter getting her ready for the day." "Are you sure you didn't have anyone come pick it up?" "I don't have anyone (friends or family), around here that would come at 8am to pick up my cake for my mom. I only have my husband and he sure isn't going to come pick it up." She leaves and goes get the manager. Manager comes to the front and ask me the same questions. At this point I'm getting upset and don't understand what happend. Manager tells me that they will make another one for me. 10/15 minutes later the manager, the lady in the back who made the cake, the girl behind the register, all come back up to the front. The manager shows me a picture of this lady who took my cake. Asked me if I knew this person. I again told them no. Apparently this lady used my name and showed up before my schedule pick up time and took my cake. How did she get my name? Was it an inside job? Someone knew I was coming later and told a family member to get there before I got there and picked it up? Did the person behind the counter just gave away my cake without properly looking up this lady's original name? I do not know! It got the point that I showed them my I.D. to show them that I am who I say I am.

The manager said he believed me but the situation is bizarre. It is strange. Who was this person? I left feeling very confused and almost a little panic thinking someone is using my name. This is why I gave a three star. They made it right, but the entire situation was strange, confusing, and awkward.

Well if you never tried Bundt Cakes, then you should! The only thing is I don’t like is when they run promotions for a very short time.

Everything is always delicious...but customer service is always lacking. I always feel rushed by the counter girls.
I purchased two Bundtlets yesterday. Counter person stuffed them into a brown paper bag. The bag fell over causing the frosting to touch on to the containers. I requested she put them into the regular gift looking bag. Clearly she felt my purchase didn't deserve the bag other customers were leaving with.
