Food was delicious plenty of meat , hot & delicious! Was disappointed in that none of the people preparing the food had gloves on or hair nets . I thought that was a must in preparation of food ! Don’t think I will dine there again!
The poboys are solid. The gumbo is good… sometimes. Other times, not so much. The first time I had it was awesome. Good amount of meat to rice to broth. Next time was alright but the rice was mushy. HOWEVER. They gave me the scraps tonight. Literally almost no meat save for a couple sad pieces of sausage. A few specks of chicken. And a little bit of slightly undercooked rice. Very disappointing. The service varies. Some of the employees are really nice, some are clearly stressed...
We ordered their po'boy half fried shrimp half fried catfish. Since they only have catfish po'boy on Friday. I can say shrimp po'boy tastes better than catfish. it's delicious !
