Horrible, horrible, horrible. Why are they still in business?It's been weeks now. Still no response, went there for dinner, got the prime rib. It came to the table so overcooked Gray, and I ordered medium-rare. Then they had the nerve to tell me that they always come seasoned and seared. Like, I've never eaten there before. It was almost like they poured a whole bottle of salt on the damn thing. Tried to get in touch with people for weeks now. So I guess my hundreds of dollars when I go in there to eat Isn't good enough So I will never be eating there again out of 10 times they might have gotten it right twice. We let a lot of things slide, but when you start telling me how the food always comes, like I've never been there before. That's a little too far. Don't act like you're the only steak Place in town.

The reason why I only gave this outback steakhouse. A number three is because the waiter that I had was lousy. The meat was tough and grizzly which I got a ribeye steak. The waiter walked by a couple times. You're good you're good and I said yeah yeah but then I ran out of water and he never came and asked me if I want any more water or anything and then after I ate I waited and waited for him but he never came back and I stood up and looked behind me there. He was sitting at the table on his phone and I had to say cause me then he said oh you ready to go and I said yeah I'm ready to go. Where's my bill at? I've ate there a lot of times but this was the worst of all and the atmosphere was okay but it wasn't hardly anybody in the place. I think they need new management. New help or that place is going to go down it would be a while before I go back to this place to eat again. If I want to eat it out back house I'll try lake Charles, Louisiana and hopefully they're better than what this one was.

I hadn’t been to an Outback Steakhouse in a long while. Not sure why not. We had dinner at this one while traveling. Everything was very good. My husband’s steak was perfectly cooked. I had the Alice Springs chicken- delicious.

Outback in our city is a little outdated and needs renovation, but the steaks were decent. The portions were good, but not big. The wait staff also seemed to be inexperienced and got a few things wrong in our order. Maybe next time it'll be better.

Service was great the only really disappointing thing was the ribeye I was served had to be one of the worst cuts I ever had. And had no flavor whatsoever. It was cooked to medium rare as ordered and was still hard to cut and chew throughout the entire steak. Will not be returning.

So this was my first time coming here I don't think I'll be back again the food was alright service was great atmosphere was good building was pretty clean the manager was walking around asking how everything was so that was a big plus it was really just the food for me it had absolutley no seasoning aside from the blooming onion

I wouldn't consider myself an absolute regular, but I do consistently frequent this restaurant establishment approx twice a month. At times, I go there for lunch, other times, I & friends go there for dinner. In my opinion this is a very good "hot spot" for all types of ppl to congregate for awesome food meals, whether solo, family, or friends attending. The atmosphere is one of tranquility. Customer service is impeccable. The food choices served are off-the-chain darn great. To put it bluntly... I've NEVER had any problems whatsoever with anything at this restaurant. I always recommend Outback Steakhouse to my family, friends, & the general public. The prices charged are well within reasonable prices in accordance with other similar type businesses establishments offering same and/or similar type foods to the local community of The City of Lafayette. Be open-minded... give this restaurant a try. I'm quite sure you won't regret your choice.
Parking: Right off Pinhook Blvd right past the local draw-bridge on the right at the Red Light. Can't miss this restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty for the kids to entertain themselves with. High chairs available.

Our waiter was great! I came here because I knew they had a Gluten-Free Menu (I have celiac disease). The waiter was told this upon my arrival. However, the shrimp on my salad was brought out on a piece of bread....I knew Outback did not have GF bread. This was very concerning because I could develop a reaction if I eat gluten. Otherwise, food was great. Waiter brought me an updated meal. Just be cautious if you follow any dietary restrictions.

The building was clean and decorated for the holidays. We did not have to wait. Our server Cory (not sure of the spelling)was amazing and very kind. Our food came out quickly and just as we ordered. The bread was also fresh. We definitely will return!
