This restaurant is amazing! The food is outstanding, as is the service. We had the duck fat fries and they were the best I've ever had. We also had garlic shrimp and the hanger steak. And the drink menu is very creative and delicious. Everything was excellent! Ambiance is beautiful... only reason I'm giving a 4 star is because this restaurant is so LOUD you cannot understand someone sitting across the table from you. This is THE most annoying thing about restaurants. Everyone goes out to eat to converse. This is a restaurant - not a dance club. I will not go back on a weekend for sure. I'll try once more during the week, and if it's that bad - I won't be back. I hate that all restaurants now try to make it as loud as they possibly can to seem more fun and festive. There are so few restaurants that you can actually enjoy a conversation with the people you are with. They all seem to do this. Pamplona could be classified as romantic with the decor - but certainly not with the volume.

This restaurant is the one I like best. I go to a lot of restaurants but here I constantly return again and again. The stuff is very chummy and the food they serve is so fresh and tasty. I would always prefer to have a decent meal here. I highly recommend this place.

Studio 54 tribute was spectacular! [Its a good restaurant, too ;)]

Wow, I am impressed. The wife and I split the 8 ounce fillet. Medium rare. It was jus fabuloso. The mushrooms with it has a blue cheese flavor. The wife said it was too salty. Well we differ. We also had side salads. Mine was not special. I had the vinaigrette with almonds. My wife had the mixed greens. She liked the light vinaigrette and black pepper taste. The scallop small plate was garlicky and tender to the taste. Over all with service an outstanding experience. Also we were out side. It is a small elevated porch. Excellent view. Loved it. Also the bathroom is made for 5'11" guys. The mirror was 4inch x 4inch. And just my height. Sorry for the taller and shorter. I did not check out the ladies... oh wife just said it terrible I bathroom. Too small. Not a big deal. Oh and it is F-ing expensive. 100 for two people. One alcoholic beverage each. Still worth it. It was not a $$ rating.

Not real Spanish food. Do not order the patatas bravas, they are just toter tots super fried.

There's not a lot I can say that hasn't been said about this place. An evolving drink menu for those that like to be daring, and the pop up for Christmas was simply MAGICAL. Start with the bacon wrapped dates, and you won't be disappointed. The Foie Gras is outstanding. The service is always great - a sign of a great place is when the wait staff has been there for years too. We are so blessed to have this gem.

Try the tapas at happy hour, the grilled oysters rival New Orleans. A unique restaurant for Lafayette

Great tapas. Paella was just ok. Josh is cute! If I'm ever in Louisiana again, I'd certainly go back.

The service, ambiance, and food provided is incredible. The prices are all fair and portions are generous, with a menu that is diverse and tight enough to fit a consistent feeling and still satisfy a picky eater.
