Our first time dinning here. But the lady that waited on us was so wonderful. She gave us her tour which was on the kiosk she went step by step explaining everything. And she said she lets you know if the there is a special. She was awsome. Her name was Jennifer. So friendly knew her stuff.

i neverrrrrr leave bad reviews but oh my GOD. every single time i go here i wait in the drive thru 20+ minutes. today i was literally the only car there when i pulled up and they STILL took over 15 minutes for a sandwich! i could understand during a busy lunch rush that things would take a little longer, but to be the only car there and still taking that long??? that’s crazy i’m sorry. the food was amazing and the guy working the window was very sweet but i don’t know if i can keep justifying spending so much money on a place that takes SO long every time i go!

Ok first of all I don’t feel good I went to the drive thru to pick up my food like i I usually do when I place an order with DoorDash, but I guess today they weren’t going to do it and I’m assuming in the future they weren’t going to do it through the drive-thru anymore so I went around and parked my car in front of The door just to pick up my food and go because I had to be to work early today and I’m in a rush and the lady decides to tell me that I can’t park my car right there and BEFORE SHE GIVES ME MY FOOD I need to move my car so why can’t you just give me my food especially cuz it was ready and then tell me not to park there in the future and I would’ve been on my way make that make sense. Get it together I expect better out of someone who is older then me to have more experience on how to handle situations like this.

Went on girls’ day trip and ended up at Panera. It was overall good!
Service was amazing! My food ended up being grabbed by another patron and the workers were very quick to remake my food! They were very understanding and made sure I was taken care of.

I don’t know how this place stays in business. Three of the last four times I couldn’t get anyone to notice me by the order counter, and the one time I did, my order came out wrong. I stopped in again tonight but left when it became obvious no one was going to see what I needed.

I used the app to order ahead of time. I am only two minutes away. By the I got my shoes on and left, my order was ready when I got there.
I ate in. Very clean. Very nice. Free wifi is available. I've never needed it before, but I am visiting from out of town and needed to download a coupla shows since I do not have wifi where I am staying.
The food was spot on, exactly what and how I ordered. Twas very good.
They do have outside tables. I love a good outdoor table, indeed. The store is RIGHT on Johnston St, so a bit noisy outside. I had a nice visit enjoying the cool air inside.
Highly recommend. Will be back !!

The food was bland. The soups were not to my liking it as the veggie soup was blanch and not seasoned, and the tomato soup tasted like it was just dumped out a can and not even any effort to fix or make it taste like actual soup. The place is clean, and the drinks are amazing, especially the blueberry lavender lemonade (definitely recommend) but overall ok

I loved the idea, the trial, and the hot and cold coffee options.
However, at the speaker for window pickup on Ice Coffee Day 2, when I was handed the iced coffee, I noticed the syrup sitting at the bottom of the cup. The Panera employee said, “You will have to stir it.” Oh, okay! Sure, no problem. Easy stuff.
Again, at the speaker for window pickup, I was met with a late and odd greeting. I notice this happens regularly during mid-afternoons.
“Your order?” •Yes, pickup for [Name]. “Pull around.”
When I got to the window, it was a nice female employee with piercings who said, “Have a great day.”
Now, I am unsure if the rude microphone girl shape-shifts into the kind and respectful female with the nose piercings, or if it is two different people.
Either way, the girl with the headset has anonymity at the speaker, which is a beautiful thing. Highly doubtful she would use that tone every day at noon in the real world. Then again, it might just be me.
I will not be back. The trial was amazing, but the awful attitude will not get my coins. I pay for that.
