Papa Johns Pizza

This is the 2nd we’ve ordered the “everything” pizza & the last time I’ll order from them again.The 1st incident I thought it was just “me” however my husband agreed. We decided to give them another chance & it was disgusting! The meat tastes old & the cheese doesn’t melt so therefore it appears to be artificial cheese. We order 2 extra garlic sauces, charged but never received either time & both times the order pizza was cold! They used to be really good but however they are horrible- not to mention expensive! I’m done with Pappa John’s!!!

I don’t think there is an issue with the quality of the food from this location, but the staffing is very bad. I have been waiting 30min PAST my estimated pick up time in the store.

They only have two people in the store during peak dinner time. The guy working the cut station can’t leave to focus on customers walking in because stuff is coming out, and the guy making the pizzas is slammed and can’t do anything else either.

The GM or manager needs to schedule people appropriately. This is 101 stuff.

Im stuck reading the marketing content on your pre-folded pizza boxes over and over…seeing how yall supposedly give great service…but this location and its front line employees are being set up for failure because management is worried about trying to save a couple extra Pennie’s or trying to save face on some bullshit corporate metrics.

Waited an hour for a pepperoni pizza - carryout. My pizza was on the shelf for 20+ minutes ready to go before they decided to hand it to me.

I hate using Door dash that’s why I ordered directly ordered from papa John’s . Door dash drivers have been rude the last 2 times. This will be the last time I order here.

I walked in and asked for the special $7.77 they did not have any knowledge of any specials. They were not pleasant. I asked for ground beef black olives add mushrooms all I had on this pizza was mushrooms and black olives no ground beef.

The Shaq-A-Roni pizza is just a basic pepperoni pizza. Nothing special. Went in person to this location where they refused to honor 25% off my total purchase with my red zone fundraising south side card which was a bit frustrating.

the over the phone ordering process was HORRIBLE! a robot took my order and it took 5 minutes to speak with a a real person, we need to just stick with normal people taking orders, NOT A ROBOT!

Ordered the Shaq-A-Roni extra large pizza. It was wonderful. New York style crust. Also, extra pepperoni. Their new Italian seasoning is wonderful 😍 The new cashier was excellent help.

Very disappointed in the quality of the pizza at the Verot School Road location. The cheesy bread was great but the Shaqolicious Large pizza with extra cheese and extra pepperoni was terrible. I paid extra to add veggies but the cheese and pepperoni were so scarce at best. Friendly service but that was my last time with this location. I’ll try New Iberia next time.
