The store is not getting any more chances from us. I'm not sure how they can be so consistently bad. This time around I paid for extra cheese on a pizza that I'm pretty sure came with less cheese than normal. Our breadstick sauce was spilled all over. The pizzas were smashed up against the side of the boxes. They were either dropped or the delivery driver put them sideways in the car. For $50 this was disgusting. This was my last straw. No more from Papa Johns. The sad part is, no one will even care about these bad reviews and work on making this store more successful .

This location is an absolute joke!!! Over the last 4 years we kept giving them second chances and every once a blue moon they would succeed! But today (order 1073010608) was delivered to our home and it was undercooked (we requested well done) and one with light sauce and both had extra sauce! Lastly it looked like the person who delivered it flipped both of them or dropped them in the road!!!! Whoever owns this place should be ashamed and if you want to discuss this please let me know. I'll be MORE THAN HAPPY TO OBLIGE that conversation! DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION! ITS DISGUSTING AND POORLY POORLY MANAGED!

The dumb female that answered the phone didn't know what she was doing. She then had the audacity to have an attitude with us on the phone. She needs to learn simple manners and learn how to read her computer screen

Pizza is horrible ordered it 5/20/23 at 11:20 and it was raw full of uncooked dough and we could not eat .
Found white hair in my food. Call them 3 times and they hung up in my face. I will never order here again. Pizza looked like it was tampered with. Pizza was not hot. I deserve a refund! Money wasted !

Paid $63 dollars for two pizzas and an order of cheese bread. We ordered extra sauces that we didn’t receive. The pizza was not warm and it took forever. The delivery driver tried to deliver to my neighbor. Never again Papa Johns. Way way over priced for nothing. Money would have been better spent at Pizza Village. Don't waste your money

First time eating at Papa John's. I ordered two kinds of wings....Hot Lemon Pepper and Honey Chipotle. They were barely and sauce on the honey chipotle wings, which was very disappointing to me. Hot lemon pepper wings were ok, I couldn't really taste the lemon flavor because the buffalo flavor was overbearing. The wings were hot and fresh, though. Which is a big plus for me.
