The Parish Biscuit Company offers a unique dining experience with its mix of local Louisiana flavors and regional Southern options. The food is described as "out of this world" in terms of taste, with highlights including the Crawfish Cornbread and Gluten-Free Biscuits. The biscuit was great. The smoked sausage was pure perfection. Customers were wowed by the St. Martin biscuit and the red beans, sausage, and cornbread had the Louisiana comfort food factor with a seasoning that sets it apart. The blueberry BBQ sauce paired with brisket, fried egg, pimento and candied jalapeños amazingly. The biscuit itself was fluffy and buttery. The restaurant was clean even though it was busy. The staff and servers were going above and beyond to keep the atmosphere amicable. The shrimp & grits were amazing. The food had decent flavor but was over shadowed by the amount of salt that was in the dish.
