It’s really a disappointment when you have to leave a less than stellar review. However, as lovely and attentive as the waitstaff are and the cleanliness and atmosphere, Pedro’s is woefully overpriced for the quality of the food. The polo asado, while well flavored, has a chicken breast beat so flat it’s only a centimeter away from being mistaken for a tortilla chip. The seafood chimichanga possessed a total of three (old and overdone) shrimp and a tablespoon of crumbled...

Lunch fajitas were a good portion size, with plenty to take home. I tried the Mexican candy cocktail and the prickly pear cocktail. I also had the tres leches dessert. Absolutely fabulous, will definitely be back.

Came in ~45 minutes before closing time, asked if I could still get to-go. They said yes and prepared the food within 10~15 minutes. First time going here and wasn't disappointed, loved every bit of the steak quesadilla, and nachos.
