Like always the hot pot was perfect, we got the pho home special broth and the beef broth. Service was great. They redid the inside and it’s beautiful. We will be sure to come back.

horrible service by server Robert. understandable given we had a large table, but this is the only leeway ill give him. first, i had a menu that wasnt in english, having to order something by surprise- my order happened to have peanuts in it (im allergic) and it was just so bland, tasteless and bitter. not even the sauce saved it. we werent given refills on our waters until by the time we were paying (about an hour) and when he would ask us questions or something of that sort, he wouldnt wait on a response- hed just walk away. music was loud in restaurant, bathroom had graffiti and faulty lights flickering on and off. all in all, horrible experience and to top it off, he tinkered with not just mine but all of our checks ADDING ADDITIONAL AMOUNTS OF TIPS to his default gratuity tip. DONT recommend

Service was slow. How can you only have one waiter during noon hours. Our food took 25 minutes to get to our table. My two boys came in not hungry, after 25 minutes they ready to eat. Food was good, phở broth was delicious, however the service was terrible.
