The food was like warm or just plain cold by the time we got to the table to eat.
They did try to warm the food back up for us in a steamer in the back but it didn't really help the fish.

This is my first time coming to Piccadilly and the food is very good. They have very nice options when the staff serve your food. I would love to come here more often.

The place is a shell of itself. I've dined at Picadilly for over 40 years and it's changed a lot and not for the better. I had the chopped steak the okra and Mac and cheese with a dinner roll and everything tasted delicious off or perhaps had been sitting on the line to long. I probably won't return

The building is old and needs updating. The food was not what it once was. There was a fly flying around. The service was always excellent. I’ve been going there over twenty years and always enjoyed it. Until today.
I drive a bus of assisted living residents to lunch at different places every Thursday. Piccadilly has always been a home run up until yesterday. Learned after unloading handicap residents using walkers there has been "NO AC" here for over 2 months. ??? We tried to enjoy our meals but couldn't. Flies landing on food along the serving line, wilted lettuce, and the inside of fried chicken was still raw. The fried catfish and crawfish etouffee was good but had to leave early because it was just too uncomfortable for us to enjoy our meal and conversation. Sad to see a local icon that I've enjoyed since a small child not operating like it once did. Very disappointed. Get it together Piccadilly!

Didn't stay to eat because the Air conditioning has been inoperable for weeks. Went in door and was so hot our party of 4 immediately departed
