I spent over $60 and never received my order and when I tried to call no one ever answered the phone all I want is my refund

OMG ?...Im only leaving one star because I had too. I went to the location on Landry. I had no complaints as far as service, temperature and time also presentation (at the time)We were excited to try the new pizza with the red pepper ?️ lol....Got home begin eating the pizza and got middle ways of the piece and found that the cheese wasn't stringy instead their was a long brownish-blonde hair connecting from my DARN? mouth and the pizza. My hair is black and curly.Never going back.

Pizza dough was extremely gummy. I had to bake for 10 more minutes pin 300° to get that good ole fashion pizza hut crunch with completely cooked dough. I would prefer it came to me this way

Pizza was great. Curbside delivery didn't happen. Had to go in & wait several minutes while clerk tried to locate another order. Clerk appeared to be alone & totally understaffed.

I did not receive my order from pizza hut. They took my money off my card and never showed up. I have never experienced this before dealing with you guys. I need a refund and deserve to be compensated for this mess of an experience.

The location at 105 ST. LANDRY Lafayette, LA lied about the status of my order. I ordered at 3:26pm and waited until 4:19pm to contact the location about the delivery of my order. The tracker indicated that my order was on the way so i knew by 4:19 it should have arrived. The girl who answered the phone told me they just put on the tracker that my order was being delivered but its actually in the oven. So i had to wait until 5:02pm to finally receive my order. I was unaware about the status of delivery at that point. Employees at this location need to do better.

I had ordered 2 large 3 topping pizza with very very lite sauce n the guy who was making the pizzas put extra sauce n also very little toppings that really made me upset because I never had a pizza from Pizza Hut that I didn't like I think I'll start going to Domino's

Make sure to not give the people cold food and uncook wings manager and team members needs to be polite communicate with the customers and explain things to the customers have the food hot and cook

Fix my pizza how I ordered it. I order 2 pizzas, 1 pan and 1 hand tossed. Both were hand tosssd. Pan is $1 extra. My pizza was cut horrible. Half of the pizza was extra large and the other half was mini slices. The pizza had barely any sauce. I order here a lot and this was the worst experience ever. I should have opened the box before I got home but with the new seal, I waited. Next time check before leaving the store.

I ordered at 10:15 online for 11:30, confirmed. 11:09 got text on the way awesome. 12:05 pizza arrived cold, box wet. Manager was called said she would give refund if pizza was cold. I did not call I hate complaining. Pizza was cold and hard. Bread sticks box soggy a little warm. Drink room temp.
