Ordered a pizza online at 9:10 for a 9:50 delivery. Started calling at 10 just for a status check. 1 hour of being on hold and being hung up on. Tried to cancel order, but could not get anyone to not outright hang up on me or leave me on indefinite hold. Do not order from here. They are useless. As of right now I still can not cancel my order that I’ve yet to receive that was supposed to arrive at 9:50 nor can I get anyone to answer me.
Not sure what is going on at this location- weirdest no service in my life. Arrived with family at 7:30 pm Saturday to no customers and only 2 unaccompanied children watching peppa pig on the tv. We sat and the waiter asked if we needed menus (we did). He then returns and says he cant allow us to dine in as “it might rain and their roof would leak”. The skies were clear (I have pics of the forecast and radar) so no clue what was up - we did have a family member with a disability but I can’t fathom what was going on at this place- why lie? If you lack supplies or staff just close the dining room, don’t tell customers crap like this. We left and went to another restaurant nearby and got great food/service (& SURPRISE 0% rain!). We will never return and will tell others the same.

Worse experience ever. Store was empty when we arrive with a party of 6 waiting to be seated ahead of us. It took 5 minutes before the manager stuck his head out and seated us. 45 minutes later there were still just the 2 tables occupied but neither party had been served yet. The waitress informed both tables their orders would be out in 8 minutes. 20 minutes later someone from the other table asked for the manager. The manager then called the waitress over to try to explain why their food was taking so long. He should have taken the initiative at that point but he didn't. 10 minutes later 2 of the six people at the other table were served. The other 4 waited and watched for another 15 minutes until their food arrived. My husband said he thought Ashton Kutcher was going to come out and tell us we were being Punk'd. Nope. After a total of 1 1/2 hours asked the waitress to check on our pizza and she returned and said it was out the oven in 3 minutes. After another 10 minutes my husband approached the counter and asked for the manager. He had the nerve to say he didn't know what was going on and to ask the waitress. No joke, he obviously has no idea what is going on. My husband told him that he needed to expedite our order, not the waitress. He looked into It and we were once again told ours was the next pizza out of the oven. Of course my husband told him we were already told numerous times it was coming and it didn't. We sat at the table and watched them proceed to deliver pizzas to 3 different tables of customers who arrive at least an hour after us. Again my husband asked for the manager, he stood in the kitchen and sent out one of the other workers who told him "we can't find your pizza and need to make another one". At this point we left. No pizza is worth that much trouble. Apparently the only thing that matters to this store is delivery, dine in customers come last. #DIDM(Dine in don't matter)
Wishing there was a negative stars choice. This place is horrible when it comes to customer service. Ordered a personal pan pizza tonight online. Arrived at the drive thru, one car in front of me. Watched the car in front of me talk to a pizza hut employee at the window and then sit and sit, for 20 or more minutes behind this car. Now there is a line behind me. I call to ask if the car in front of me placed an order at the window. Woman answers after the recordings, and immediately asks, "can you please hold", I reply sure. Waited on hold for what felt like forever. The cars behind me are pulling away and leaving, so I put my car in park, go inside, the woman behind the counter was not on the phone or waiting on customers, the young guy working the counter is just doing his thing, the guy in front of me is complaining to me that he ordered his pizza 45 minutes earlier and it was still not ready and he just happened to be the car directly behind me. So I then ask the young guy if the vehicle at the window placed their order there. He said "yes". So I made the suggestion that it would be nice if that person could pull up to allow the line of cars to conduct their business and be on their way, instead of waiting for 30 min. behind the car at the window until their pizza was made and cooked. He had the audacity to ask me if I would like for them to move up. WTF ! While the man in front of me is still waiting, the young guy gets me out of there quick, I'm guessing so that customers inside did not hear my complaint and rings up my small order at the drive thru register. No apologies from management !!! Will NEVER be back there again! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! When I left, that car was still waiting at the drive thru.
