I literally live maybe 5 minutes down the road from this location. It’s always a problem with the delivery. Now we just ordered pizza two weeks ago from this location. Now she is telling me they don’t deliver here any more. Call the other location they directed me back to the same location. Pizza Hut get it together the service is getting worst on pinhook.
Seriously, I dont know why I keep coming here. They can’t follow basic requests even if you asked them repeatedly and in a slow manner. They really are horrible here.
I do not recommend their delivery service. Not sure if it’s the delivery drivers themselves or store personnel sending them out with too many orders, but we are 15 minutes away and they’ve taken over an hour both times we’ve ordered. We get delivery for the convenience and there is nothing convenient about it. Gave them a second chance and it’s a repeat from our first experience. Won’t happen again.
