Ordered pizza delivery got a call from delivery driver or manager from their personal number. Said the driver was looking for the address on S College. Told him Holiday Inn on Kaliste Saloon. He then told me oh we don't go past College. The store that delivers there burned down. My wife orders from there all the time. And they do deliver here and store has not burned down. If you don't want to take an order then turn down the order. Don't process someone's order then have to refund the total and the tip. Yall need to do better. Now we have to order from Domino's and wait another 30 minutes on top of the hour we waited on yall. And learn to answer yall phones.

Stopped in here around 11am. There wasn't a single person in the place, but the workers acted like I was putting them out because I wanted to order bread sticks and a drink. They said they really didn't have time for my order and if I wanted it I would have to wait an hour. They were so rude I was shocked. I left without ordering.

Came with kids after a game, looking to dine in and wine down. Employee, a guy who was tall didn’t catch his name, was unfriendly and treated us as if we were a bother. Instead of ordering we left because I refuse to eat at an unwelcoming place. Y’all need better employees, so unprofessional. Won’t come here again!!

Hard to have any experience sitting here waiting on someone to take our order. Seems to be the reason the restaurant is empty. Employees looking at us like we are crazy for wanting to eat in.ended walking out after no one came to help us. Brought our business elsewhere. Does no good for the owner to respond to reviews with wanting to hear what happened. You send them an email and they ignore it

First i would like to highlight the staff members who were trying their best to keep up with the gauntlet of big backs that came in for the lunch buffet. An effort I admired from afar. As soon as the staff put a new one out it was gone. I was only able to get a couple slices. Send help
Service was great. Food was above average. Atmosphere needs help. A very old place that needs an update... renovation....but did not affect the wonderful good food served here or the service...
