Food was hot, fresh, & ready when promised. The location we used to order from is no longer open so we’ve had to switch to this one. Hasn’t let us down yet. Keep up the good.

We never got our food! We kept getting hung up on so, after waiting over an hour, we drove to the store and requested a refund. Others were in line doing the same. Young man at the counter was alone on a Friday night. He was very nice.

Ordered delivery at 610. The website says 30 minutes for delivery. An hour and a half later I get cold hard pizza and cold soggy wings. Not only can you not get anyone on the phone but you cannot get anyone at Pizza hut customer service on the phone. I will get a frozen cardboard pizza in the future rather than ever give a single dollar to this company.

Don't buy there. I just bought a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and the dough is super hard. There is almost no tomato sauce and you can barely bite into it. Poor quality

Tried something new by ordering the “Big Dinner Box”. That was a regrettable decision. Portion size isn’t even close and this cost me around $37.00. The bread sticks were hard. The sauce on the wings are barely there, it is stuck to the tray dish and very little of it. But I will say at least the taste of the pizza was okay. Breadsticks were warm but very hard. I do NOT recommend this if your going to spend $37 on fast food.

I had ordered from this restaurant last night, May 28,2024, and I had not received my order. The online order tracker said that it had been delivered at 10:06pm , but this isn’t true. Unless it had been delirious the wrong person.

Ordered a stuffed crust super supreme and got a thin crust multi topping pizza not resembling a super supreme. Calling the location about this results in no resolution (make good or refund).This is not the first time an order was outright wrong or of very poor quality. Avoid this location.

Elgin definitely gave me the best experience I have ever had at any Pizza Hut location. I have refused to order in years because of the lack of customer service and huge delay in delivery, amongst incorrect and undercooked orders. He ensured m pizza was cooked properly and it eceeded expectations. My staff was so happy to get a nice lunch.Not only that, but he went above and beyond to make me feel familial in the sense that he ensued endearing conversation.13/10
