The food is awesome, customer service not so much. We love this please, till last night. Made a huge order on their website, delivery. Finally gets here the boneless wings are missing. I called, after 1 hour on the phone they tell me, imcant get my chicken due to they use dor dash and they just don't do that, and Imcant get a refund because they have to wait for the manager in the morning to do it. So we have no chicken for my son and no refund, unacceptable. They lost a long time, good customer.

Not sure what is going on at this location- weirdest no service in my life. Arrived with family at 7:30 pm Saturday to no customers and only 2 unaccompanied children watching peppa pig on the tv. We sat and the waiter asked if we needed menus (we did). He then returns and says he cant allow us to dine in as "it might rain and their roof would leak". The skies were clear (I have pics of the forecast and radar) so no clue what was up - we did have a family member with a disability but I can't fathom what was going on at this place- why lie? If you lack supplies or staff just close the dining room, don't tell customers crap like this. We left and went to another restaurant nearby and got great food/service (& SURPRISE 0% rain!). We will never return and will tell others the same.

The last one I will ever hear prefer from this location because it takes too long to get my order and it I get charged extra for extra I didn't get. After I complained to the manager he said there was nothing he could do about it so pizza village or Deano's might cost more but at least they will might get my order right without an attitude.

Ordered twice in a week and easy orders were messed up both times! Then couldn't get them on the phone to fix. You have to be real hungry or not know to eat here! Just imagine what goes into the preparation if they can't get simple orders right! Probably a little more than just toppings on pizza

I'm not a huge fan of fast food pizza but this place does a good job and the pizza has improved from what I recall a few years ago. As with many other pizza chain stores you can easily order online and pick it up or have delivery of you are within their designated delivery area. We have opted this location a few times and thus far it has been really good for the price. The garlic option on the pizza bread is really addicting and if you love crust but want one with more flavor, this is definitely the ticket. The cheese sticks are also one of my children's favorites. The pizzas have always been hot, correct and ready when they said, so what else can they do besides give them out for free!?? Lol. Enjoy!

Service wasn't the best, the food took forever, and the cleanliness of the restrooms were absolutely horrible.
Very disappointed in our pizza order. Was delivered in a timely manner, pizza however was horrible. Ordered 2 larges, when they arrived the had a 2 inch bare crust completely around them. Would have barely made a good medium pizza. If this is not corrected, we will stop eating Pizza Hut!!!!!!!

This is the most Horrible service I have had. I'm so sick of the workers there not following directions. I asked for extra sauce and they give me a pizza with barely any sauce at all. It's so fucken disgusting that you can't get what you ask for. I don't care that it was late night. I can tell how the pizza looked that it was not freshly done and they did not honor my request. I asked for HAND TOSSED and this pizza is paper fucken thin. They gave me what they wanted to because they didn't feel like doing their job. As a company you have to have ppl in place with better work ethics. Especially if people are spending there money.
