I am about to do something I very rarely do and that is give a harsh review. It’s been a while since I have ordered from Pizza Hut. The Pizza Hut experiences I remember from years ago were always very consistent experiences. Not the case with this Lafayette Louisiana franchise I, sadly, ended up placing my delivery order with. I’m going to blame the franchisee on the first couple of unsatisfactory remarks. First they had no diet soda and no non-caffeinated drinks. Second, the manager on duty 4/2/24 may have scammed the on-line app. My order was placed at 4pm, with an estimated delivery time to my hotel of 25-35 minutes. When it showed “Out for Delivery” with an estimated 12 minutes, things were looking good. After about 15 minutes, I received an update that my food was delivered - at 11:34am. (I placed my order at 4pm.) No food anywhere to be found. I received a call shortly thereafter saying they had no root beer and no diet soft drinks. Then, the employee who called me advised that there was only one delivery driver and my food was leaving now. It’s close to 5pm at this time.The quality of the food was horrendous. My personal pan pizza had very sparse toppings on it. My fettuccine pasta was tipped over in the bag in the sauce was all over the bag and the box. The order did not include any napkins. The soft drink that they did did deliver was not cold.I will order next time from a competitor - if I want franchise-type pizza.

Slow service even when they are not busy. Slow to communicate with customer. I ordered ahead online just to arrive at the restaurant and THEN they informed me they didnt have an ingredient. So they didnt start my order until i got there and i had entirely too

Worse fast food place they keep us on hold for over a hr in a half then u hold for a hr in a half then they come on the line and tell us can u hold and just switch back theses fast food places here in Lafayette is a joke it's a hit and miss u paying a arm and a leg and u never know what u going get pizza never how you as for it and they very rude told the wife we going start cooking again but we both working ppl

I am giving this store a very bad review,The manager Alice was lying and very rude.Claim a order wasn't on account it is.This was the worst coustoumer service at this location.Over a replacement order they say can use any time.Will never order or come here again.That manager Alice.This was a order they say we can have replace.Claim not on order.Very poor ow this was handle.I work in retail i know how it go.

Terrible experience 2 twice in a row. First time I ordered an hour and a half went by before they called and told me my order cancelled. My payment went through and I did not get refunded. My order tonight went through, received an email that it was sent out for delivery (I only live 10-15 mins away), an hour went by with no answer. Called the store and sat on hold while they figured out what was going on, she told me it just went out for delivery when it’s been out for almost 2 hours. Finally get my order and it tastes like they warmed up a pizza that was sitting for days. Just order dominos…I should’ve known better.

Staff was extremely helpful, patient t and attentive as I showed up with about 12 kids and no plan, they helped us get it together.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My order was late, the app was saying that it was delivered when it was not and when I called, I was hung up on.

The location I went to was great. It's a newer location so the standards are still decent. Hopefully it doesn't fall apart like the rest in a year or so.

I ordered my pizza at 11:20pm delivery time expected was 12:02 it is currently 1:11 in the morning and I'm still waiting on a pizza already paid for they close at 12 and my order is said to b\\\"in the oven\\\" safe to say I'm not getting my pizza and will have to call tomorrow
