First time I've had PJ's in Louisiana! Seemed to taste even better than it did in Maryland. Must be the Cajun special sauce. The cinnamon scone was fire!!

My family is always let down by this location. We ordered a frozen hot chocolate for my toddler (which turned out fine), but my caramel granita had no caramel and my veggies egg bites where still cold as stone. My husbands mocha velvet ice had NO flavor, and my husband nearly spat it out. That is not including at the window where we had to repeat our order 2 more times. I was so disappointed because the one on johnston never gives me these issues. I did not report the last time it was like this because I wanted to give this location another shot. I regret going to this location this morning.

I've been a regular customer, now I'm giving up and looking for another coffee shop. The management doesn't provide a quality service. During my last visits, I've been told there are no drink holders and I've been told there is no oat milk. One of the featured drinks is an oat milk latte. I don't understand why they can't get oat milk from the grocery just across the street.
A well managed store would keep drink holders for customers ordering more than two coffees.
A well managed store would take the effort to provide oat milk for a featured drink.
The staff is kind. The location is nice. I wish I could count on this store to be prepared for routine orders
I wish I didnāt have to post thisā¦. Normally I let bad service go, but PJs quality control at this location has diminished so rapidly I have to warn others. This order takes place on the 8th of February 2025 at 01:20(which even though i paid for in card and was not given a receipt for, so I canāt even show you) was mind blowing. These pictures were taken 3 minutes after being given them. And if weāre up to my wife she would have gone inside. The powdered sugar was put at the bottom of the bag?????? And the beignets were lazily placed on top. The caramel velvet ice was watery and didnāt have the whipped cream as itās supposed to. On top of all of this, we paid for the drink with a 1 free drink coupon that was given to us last time because of the mess up involving ordering and paying for 6 beignets, and only being given 3. I was driving last time and didnāt notice, but as I left, my wife pointed out there was only 3 and I had to loop around again to tell them their mistake. Very disappointing. Until they fix their problems with quality control I wonāt be returning.

I usually really like PJs but today I ordered and paid for a Protein velvet ice but I was later told that they were out of protein. I was offered a different option from the menu but the protein coffee is more expensive than any other coffee on the menu. I wasnāt offered any other options so I had to take a $2 loss and get something else. I was ok with the drink choice I replaced it with but still $2 is $2

Went through drive-thru. Been to other locations and this one was just as good. Quick, easy and friendly. Ordered a medium hot skinny (skim milk) latte with sugar free vanilla. So good! I love that this company has sugar free options.
