My family is always let down by this location. We ordered a frozen hot chocolate for my toddler (which turned out fine), but my caramel granita had no caramel and my veggies egg bites where still cold as stone. My husbands mocha velvet ice had NO flavor, and my husband nearly spat it out. That is not including at the window where we had to repeat our order 2 more times. I was so disappointed because the one on johnston never gives me these issues. I did not report the last time it was like this because I wanted to give this location another shot. I regret going to this location this morning.
