Went through drive-thru. Been to other locations and this one was just as good. Quick, easy and friendly. Ordered a medium hot skinny (skim milk) latte with sugar free vanilla. So good! I love that this company has sugar free options.

The service took way to long. We were in the drive thru line for 15 min. Then when we got to the window it was another 5 minutes. The workers seemed untrained and no real will to speed things up.

Had a recent experience at this coffee shop ( on week end) that made me question their safety measures.
Was there with a friend when we witnessed a concerning incident involving another customer. Let's just say he was behaving inappropriately in public. We told the staff right away and asked for help. The police came, which was a relief, but things got a bit confusing when we understood that the owner went off to the police station instead of coming to the coffee shop where the police officer expected to see her.
What bothered me most was that after the incident, nobody from the coffee shop bothered to check on us or give us updates on how things were being handled. Plus my understanding is that this type of incident happened before in that coffee shop.
While the coffee is decent, I am not sure I would recommend this place, especially on quieter weekends. They really need to step up their safety game.

I didn't get coffee, so I can't comment on that, but the begniets were petty good. They made them fresh to order. It's nice to be able to get beignets in the afternoon. We sat in the car and watched the horses next door graze while they made the beignets. That was quite nice.
