My family is always let down by this location. We ordered a frozen hot chocolate for my toddler (which turned out fine), but my caramel granita had no caramel and my veggies egg bites where still cold as stone. My husbands mocha velvet ice had NO flavor, and my husband nearly spat it out. That is not including at the window where we had to repeat our order 2 more times. I was so disappointed because the one on johnston never gives me these issues. I did not report the last time...

Went through drive-thru. Been to other locations and this one was just as good. Quick, easy and friendly. Ordered a medium hot skinny (skim milk) latte with sugar free vanilla. So good! I love that this company has sugar free options.

Dietary restrictions: Dairy alternatives and sugar free options.

Parking: Share lot and a little awkward.

Absolutely love this PJ’s location. Everything on the menu is amazing especially the seasonal options! Never had a bad experience here and believe me I’m here a lot. Probably too much actually.
