this is my GO TO spot!! The staff is ALWAYS so friendly, so fast & the smoothies are always on point!! I can’t recommend them enough!!

I came in from Denver looking for something healthy but filling, and they had exactly what I was needing. The whole staff was knowledgeable, and you can tell they really care about their products. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town!

Went inside and placed a order, repeated my order twice, they started making the order and made the wrong thing the owner (or the manger) proceeded to say I thought I heard… I said no I repeated it twice and repeated my order again
He proceeds to say “ I could have Sworn I heard… I’m headed to my office I need a minute” he walked off and I asked employees if I’m the reason he was behaving that way because I repeated my correct order 2 times and they said “it was just busy and he needs a minute and another employee said “I’m not the one who took the order” NO ONE apologized for mix up or the way it was being handled. I got to my car and tried the shake and it was terrible! Still wrong. I just left at that point. I order the same shakes every week and this was by far the worst experience. Crappy service to say the least.
I will go out of my way to go to another franchise in Lafayette!

Absolutely Perfect Shake. Hard to find just a simple Peanut Butter and Jelly Shake that has the right consistency and is good til the end. Tastes perfect. Friendly service and no wait!

Robbie and his staff are high quality people and stock the best, niche supplements that get results and taste great. The shakes taste amazing for a meal replacement as well

I go to this Planet Nutrition regularly and the shakes are great and the staff are all so nice/ friendly! This location is definitely my favorite because my shake is always blended very well. Anytime I have questions about supplements or I’m looking to try something new the staff is always helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Arrived at the store Saturday at 9:30 AM, sign says they open 9 o’clock, nobody Came to the window, waited over 10 minutes. Still nobody, tried to go inside doors locked, I know there’s somebody in there I can see them
