The workers touches food with their hands ! NO GLOVES ! I SAT THERE WATCHING SOMEOME TOUCH SOMETHING THEN GRAB FOOD TO PACK IT NO HAND WASH NO NORTHING !!

I will no longer eat @ Popeyes on willow. I spent $ 23.00 for a 3-piece mixed chicken mild combo, the chicken breast was so dry, & tasted disgusting.
& I also ordered. a 3-piece chicken strip combo The chicken strips were very hard .my grandson loves the chicken strips there. But today Jan16th 2025 he threw the whole box in the trash. The biscuits were soaked with butter, Fries were very dry & cold also. Come on People Treat people right. If you went to a Popeyes you would expect people to serve you good fresh food. So please do the Same.
The only reason why I gave a 2 stars because the drinks weren’t Flat, they were delicious.

Restrooms trashed. Order a 3 pc got a 2pc. Manager does not acknowledge people at counter.. keep in mind drive around this country. They don't even have the gumption to go to a different location to get the soda for the fountain drinks period

Wow. I hate to leave negative reviews, but the place was consistent 3 months apart. Over cooked chicken. Staff (like many places these days) focused on the drive-through and treating the lobby people like we are a nuisance. Store felt grimy, but not to the point of leaving. This was my last trip to this Popeyes. Better to find a local non-chain place.

Popeyes on E Willow street is popping with flavor. Perfectly seasoned, with a crispity crunch, and all the juices just drip off your chin with each flawless bite. Friendly people, fast service. Chicken comes with diplomas!!!!

Popeye's gets points for speed and sizzle, but misses the mark on getting orders quite right! I zipped through the app to order, and my food arrived hot and fresh. Service? Super speedy! But, my order wasn't entirely accurate. Still, that Cajun flavor hits the spot. Popeye's, you're close, but let's nail down those orders!
