Workers are lazy. Any single time I come to this location and go into the drive thru they always ask if I can come inside. Any time they ask me this I immediately leave. It’s called a drive thru for a reason. I’m not sure if it’s because this Popeyes is understaffed or if it’s because the workers are lazy but something seriously needs to change. I never see cars there anymore which makes sense…

Dozen=12 like a dozen eggs have to do better for yourselves, your children, your communities. A 12 piece chicken only is in the name of the menu item! 12 pieces not 10. Almost intentional 4 breasts 6 wings. No receipt of course as I said almost intentional laziness.

Crystal at 3500 W Pinhook rd. Lafayette,La is every bit of amazing,since she has been hired,all my orders has been correct and they come out in a timely manner not to mention but her positive attitude is consistent day in and day out. Hiring Crystal was the best thing for that location,she deserves her flowers 🙌🏽

My godfather ordered for tonight Bacon chicken sandwich it come with no bacon ,no pickles just the chicken on the bun with the cheese sauce. Then they forgot the fries we ordered the workers rude wanting know if were hiding the other fry for 34 something meal for 3 people they need do better to serve there customers

Didn't get complete order. Chicken was cold. Aks for the rest of my order and the just closed the window like we weren't there anymore. Very unlikely to waste money with them anymore.
