Too many negative details to list, suffice to say after nearly 2 hours only bread and appetizers were delivered. When entrees came they were either cold or incorrect. Worst detail of all: not once did we see a manager tending to the customers’ needs or concerns on the floor, service staff were left to provide excuses and apologies. Will not return.

Walked in. Sat at the bar. Nearly 5 minutes and not a single person came to the bar to take my drink order. Left out and the host didn’t even find it her time to say goodbye.

This was our first time at POUR and we are sure that it won’t be our last! The service, the food, the atmosphere are were very pleasant! I could have drank 2 more Espresso Martinis, yes it was that good! Please get the catfish bites! You won’t be disappointed‼️
