Everything here is tasty - drinks, savory, or sweet food. It is always a really nice place to relax or work.

This has been my office for years. The coffee is by far the best in Lafayette. I can't do Jet or PJs after having the coffee here. If you like iced coffee, I highly recommend the NOLA.

The place is cozy and the food is okay, but the staff is particularly unfriendly. A smile wouldn’t cost them anything. Many friends have shared similar experiences.
Today, my friend and I had a bad experience. We were craving something sweet, but noticed a fly trapped in the display case with the cakes ..
I asked the person at the checkout if he could get us something from the kitchen, as the sight of the fly was off-putting. He said there was nothing else available in the kitchen and did not offer any alternative options.
I have been going many time to reve with friends. Mostly for the vibes. I won't be going again.

My boyfriend and I recently tried out the location in Downtown Lafayette and I was blown away by the quality of the espresso in the iced latte I tried. We decided to try out this location (with the same drinks) a few days later, safe to say we were both extremely disappointed. I've worked at 2 coffee shops and him at 3, and we both agree something had to be wrong with the shots, because neither of us had never had a latte so acidic and almost sour. Paid $13 for 2 borderline undrinkable iced lattes :(
I will say I definitely prefer the crushed ice they use rather than the typical cubes most cafes use, but that's pretty much it. We also think our drinks might have gotten mixed up even with the abbreviations on his lid (his was decaf so we wanted to make sure we got them right with a sip test), which isn't a huge deal, but it is very strange to me that we couldn't even taste the difference between vanilla and hazelnut syrups whatsoever.
The cashier was definitely friendlier at this location but the overall vibe and experience just didn't feel like a super great fit for us. It's a nice shop in a beautiful part of town, but I don't know if we'll be visiting again.

Our dine-in order had 2 coffees, blueberry muffin, and misleading avocado toast. The coffees were tasty but warm at best. We did ask for 2 more to go, extra hot. The blueberry muffin has a big lemon taste. The avocado toast was stacked with cucumbers, tomatoes, quinoa, and pickled onions. It should be renamed loaded toast, see pic. The over-medium egg with the "popped yolk" turned out to be scrambled. That was the end of the toast for me. The shop is super cute with lots of room.

I have been coming here for 5 years. I’m not a big coffee fan and I’m not a fan of their drinks. I had two reasons I came here religiously. One used to be their avocado toast which used to be a large toast with a hummus avocado spread and 3 scrambled eggs on top. And the second reason was the egg in a basket. They have changed out the favorite toast of mine for what I would call a glorified bejeweled with random dry-as-desert quinoa dusted with leftover veggies and a egg floating on top with nothing holding it together (I.e. no sauce) with the cardboard that was soul sucking for me to eat. I had to add the sauce myself. Now sadly, I have no reason to come here for their overpriced menu. Just going to Jet Coffee for the larger drinks now.

I used to live in Lafayette and came here almost daily. It’s still hands down my favorite coffee shop and I can’t find a place like it here in Austin. The atmosphere is so inviting and cozy and my iced caramel latte was on point every. single. time. Perfect. I don’t know if he still works there but Ian was the man! He knows so much about coffee and how to brew it just right! I also enjoyed the chef’s daily creations. Thank you for giving me the best office I’ve ever had ? Much love to you guys ❤️

I used to love working from here, but the staff plays incredibly agitating music. it's almost like they're trying to get you to leave the music is so bad. The Internet is SLOW and lately the temperature has been set around 66° and it's way too cold to even sit inside of this place. I don't know what happened, ever since the remodel, it's going downhill real fast.
Buon Giourno coffee ☕️ lovers.
Rêve has a consistently relaxing atmosphere. Better than any other shop in town.
Good quality coffee. Foam on top could be fluffier to last through more than 2 sips. No complaint still a good concoction. But I can see Rêve benefiting from an extra touch of creativity.
There are two servers that make an effort to remember customers name. Today gentleman also remembered my favorite ? order. Imagine that novel concept? (Right off the top of his heads)……Tipped him double today. Good guy (Tattooed & glasses; gentleman and a scholar).
Now for a valuable tip on pastries ? . They need love. Not feeling the love today.
Consistency of blueberry muffin, Bundt raspberry, chocolate banana muffin & peach pastries seem to be made from same batch of dough. Somewhat bland and dry as if stale or extended period on shelf, but I gotta have pastry with coffee despite that. Brittle dough often may result in crumb falling everywhere. Ever consider adding an expect a dash of nutmeg in some pastries or stronger cinnamon.
Moist pastries wud be fantastic ref the Bundt type pastries, assorted muffins and croissants. Fruit topping on peach ?cake was dried up on this visit. Banana bischoff also showed a dried up slice of banana oxidized and brown ridges all over. Could be dryness from glass casing environment. BTW, repeatedly witnessing flys inside desert casing. Crawling around having a meal. Can it be prevented?! Would be appreciated.
Rêve crew still rocks no matter!
Thank u ? guys.

Decent coffee shop across all metrics. Coffee and matcha latte were of good quality. Food was remarkably average at best. Atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating space. Service was average, not the friendliest by any means, but nothing unpleasant. Decent spot.
