I’ve hesitated to share this experience, but I can’t shake it off. My main goal is simply to raise awareness in hopes that someone will address it.
My husband and I went around 7 p.m. yesterday. After getting our order, we sat down and chatted for about 15 minutes. Then, out of the blue, a man who clearly seemed to be struggling with mental health issues walked from the bathroom—stomping his feet and pausing every couple of minutes.
It took him nearly 15 minutes to pass us, and we were sitting too close to the aisle to get up and move. What concerned me most was that the two workers on duty completely ignored the situation, almost as if this was normal and expected.
Because of this, I don’t think I’ll ever go back at night again.

Rêve is a really lovely little spot to stop by and grab a coffee if you happen to be in Lafayette. The selection of flavored coffee drinks is quite nice, and they even have some solid food choices as well.
The staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere in the coffee shop is definitely comfortable and relaxing. Definitely would go back.

Passing through Lafayette this morning. Stopped for a good tasting of some coffee. The stores aesthetic is very nostalgic. Offering a mix of retro culture and a welcoming atmosphere. I usually always get caramel frappes, since they didn’t offer I choose the Sippity Doo Da as a recommendation from another guest. It was very delightful, the brew taste was strong and refreshing. The ice added another layer of flavor that enhanced it.

Wonderful coffee products and friendly staff. I dropped my rating from a five to a three due to a significant change in consistency. I've been coming to this cafe for a long time. I moved away for a bit and was glad to return to the cafe. In the last three years, the vibe has shifted with consistency. It's nice to know what a cafe will be like, what the coffee will look like, what food is available, and what sort of vibe to expect. It shifts depending on who is on duty. Was once a top-tier third-wave cafe.

The price I was charged was higher than that shown on the menu board on the wall. The employee ringing up my purchase seemed surprised that was a problem for me, saying, “Oh, that board is years old,” as if that somehow made it okay instead of making it much, much worse.
No telling how many people they’ve overcharged. This is really unacceptable.
