Great chill place to eat delicious Cajun cuisine. Their gumbos are the best restaurant gumbo I've had. The crab patty on a bun is also outstanding. Friendly service and atmosphere.

Seafood gumbo 👍🏼 👍🏼
I love the crawfish bisque and really just about anything on the menu. My only disappointment was getting a frozen take-out (2 quarts) of the bisque as there were no cooking instructions. As a result, it did not turn out very good (crawfish balls completely disintegrated into the roux). Otherwise, when visiting from Birmingham, I almost always go to Rachael’s.

I had the Chicken and sausage gumbo and it didn't appeal to me. Great service though!

Way overpriced. $17 dollars for a bowl of vegetable soup to go. Literally just the soup no crackers or anything. Will find my winter day fix elsewhere. I suggest you do too.
Pleasant staff, great food.

My fried catfish was okay, but my husband got the chicken fried steak, it's not gravy it's white water. The consistency wasn't thick at all! You're in the south, how do you mess up gravy that bad?

We visited the Nerve Health Institute for some treatments, and while we were there, we had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant — it was absolutely amazing! My mom and I had never really experienced Louisiana-style food before, and we completely fell in love with it.
Our waiter, Ross, was outstanding every time we visited. He took the time to explain the menu and was incredibly friendly and engaging. We also had the pleasure of briefly meeting the owner, who was so welcoming and kind, even when we stopped by during closed hours.
We ordered the chicken with sweet potatoes cooked in coconut oil — absolutely incredible! The beef stew was also phenomenal. Every dish we tried was delicious.
This place is truly a gem.
