Loved everything about this place. Generous portions. Good service. Great live music that doesn't interfere with conversations. Great all around experience!

The food was absolutely delicious at Randol's, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The prices are very reasonable.

This place was recommended by a handful of people, but those who I do not think have been there in years. It was very disappointing. The food was only average, and the atmosphere was depressing - dark, dreary, and dated. There was live music, but we have enjoyed far better since moving to South Louisiana a few months ago. It was underwhelming, and we will not go back.

My husband and myself went here for a date night on a Friday. The staff was friendly but the food was very disappointing. Our appetizer was hardly warm but tasted good. I had the seafood parm pasta and the shrimp was so mushy I did not eat it. I left 3/4 of my food at the table when we left. My husband ordered fish he said there was no seasoning. This was the first time eating here in many years and sadly we will not be back. The food was too expensive for the quality.

Excellent margarita's. Appetizers were good. Crawfish etouffee was a bit salty but good. The crab cakes had lots of shells in it. Very nice and friendly staff. Very attentive.

The food was mediocre and the long islands were way over priced. And werent even made good, absolutely disgusting. Very poor restaurant. Trying to act fancy but in all honesty basic place. Nothing fancy, but they act like they are so good. And they arent.

I grew up watching Randols on tv every weekend with my pawpaw. As as child, I always wanted to visit. Fast forward to an adult and this became my favorite local restaurant. Partly for the memories that were tied to this place and also for their consistency, great service, amazing flavor and reasonable prices. I've since moved away from the area but recently while visiting my husband and I stopped by. There was no one there, so we were pretty concerned that their standard may have fallen during the pandemic ...We were so wrong! The service was better than ever and the food was delicious! Once we finished up our meal, we went outside and waited a while for a Lyft. The owner or manager (?) came outside to check on us and offered us a fresh drink or to wait inside. The service and friendliness was out of this world. We cannot let staples like this one disappear!

Average Cajun fare. Live Cajun band was playing. Dance floor was closed off. Good atmosphere. Service was good. Crowd seems to be light for a Friday night. Randol's closes at 9pm.

Not sure what others have experienced here, but I was not impressed. Service was alright. Nothing to complain or compliment about. The best thing that was on the table last night was the spinach and artichoke dip. That was absolutely fantastic. Great flavor and a decent amount of it for just an appetizer. The fried alligator appetizer and fried shrimp dinner were both lacking in flavor. The french fries were seasoned well. Jambalaya was rather lackluster, but not bad. Over all; it was a decent meal, I just won't be back.

Most terrible place in Louisiana possibly in America... don't waste your time or money... how this place is in business is a complete mystery.... One star because zero isn't an option!

I spent 10 days in Southern Louisiana including New Orleans, but this was my favorite restaurant of the entire trip. The Blue Point Crabs were the best Crabs I ever had, sweet and flavorful and clearly freshly prepared. I tried my wife's Crawfish Etouffee and it was spectacular, it is my second favorite dish of the trip. Kids had the Crab cakes, and they were raving about the amount of meat vs stuffing, though I did not try it. I went on a Wednesday without music, would have been even better on a Fri/Sat with Cajun music.

Gumbo and crawfish etoufe were amazing. Loved dining to the live Zydeco music. Very casual with great atmosphere.

This is the spot for a real Cajun Country experience with a live Zydeco band (creole music!), an open and fun dance floor, and absolutely incredible Local food! I had the Crawfish Etoufée and sweet tea and it was unbelievable. The server was charming and friendly, the dancing was family friendly and fun, and the entire experience was an authentic, warm, magical event! Highly recommend and would definitely return upon another visit.
