I used to work for Baker Hughes and made many trips to Houston...where I always made a stop at Red Robin. I was so excited to hear a new location coming to Lafayette but have always been disappointed when I went. And now I saw the signs removed from the building.
The burgers are great ,staff very friendly.had no problems, food hot /great atmosphere.
For some reason, the employees here fail to comprehend the idea of fully-cooked bacon. My family & I have had this issue multiple times... we order burgers well-done (no pink) & even go so far as to ask them to 'burn' the bacon. We end up with pink medium burgers & the bacon barely cooked. It's not rocket science, so I just don't understand why this has been such an issue!! With dine-in orders, at least we have the option of sending it back to the kitchen. With the Covid pandemic going on, it's take-out orders only... not worth the trip BACK into town, all the way accross Lafayette just to get cooked bacon for my burger!!!
A bit slow, but it was late. Well decorated, very clean, and an extremely friendly staff. Waitress was very accommodating despite nearing the end of what I am sure was a long shift. Food was fast, fresh, and accurately cooked. Really good location as well, as it feels safe and secure.
Not terribly impressed :/ The waitress was AMAZING, very attentive and great. But the food was kind of lacking. The fries were cold and super salty. The chicken tenders were good. We didn't stay for dessert.
Neat and clean good service but the food was not worth the prices
My grandsons favorite!! Food was great
Awesome food and service!
I'm not blind to the fact that this is a chain burger place that leaves much to be desired, but Red Robin really doesn't do it for me. This is especially pertinent due to Lafayette having so many burger places that offer some really great burgers. My last two visits have reminded me that a good burger patty needs salt and fries need to be fried to a crisp. I really dislike soggy fries. We went in at 11:30, and there was only one other table in the place. Unless they do something to turn it around, I really don't see them lasting very long in this town. Thankfully the service was good, so that counts for something.
So I just think they fryer needs to be on his game ... Oil that Fry's shrimp or chicken needs to be changed or they need to get the food times right for this cause my shrimp and chicken tasted nothing but burnt grease ... My girl friends burger and fries where good but chicken and shrimp need to be fried in cleaner grease or the grease needs to be changed more often

We love their food and their service. Didn’t have to wait long for food at all. Awesome place to go eat
Great food...not a fast food Restaraunt and may take longer than expected for a burger but worth the wait! A little pricey but delicious!
Had been a while since we had eaten here but decided to stop. Was a very good burger, service was very good as well.
My first time ever at Red Robin and its all it is cracked up to be!!! Great prices a way more than just burgers. Our server John is the best!!
Miracle and Ashlyn were very helpful and welcoming. Even though I've been to Red Robin a lot of times, those little things always make you feel welcome again.
