Red Robin did not disappoint. From the beautiful decor, red dining chairs and tables to the alert, kind and attentive service, I am so impressed. We live in Alexandria and told our server we were first timers he was so attentive. I highly suggest you ask for John when you stop by.

Disastrous! Firstly we waited 20 minutes to order drinks, waited another 15 minutes for the COLD coffee to arrive! Then waited another 15 minutes for cream and sugar!! Food arrived, well, some of it anyway! Had to ask for silverware and then only received one knife between 4 of us!! Food was disgusting, I couldn’t eat it...Tasted like it had been cooked in 3 year old oil! Complained to the so called manageress who didn’t seem to care! Didn’t even offer an apology! Server said that she was the only server working the whole restaurant My coffee cup was nasty! Stains all down one side! Called corporate office and they were closed! Definitely the WORST place ever! Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money here!!! No service, food yuk! Management a joke!!!

What a total disappointment. We attempted to eat dinner here after a day trip to Lafayette. After ordering 4 different beers they finally had one in stock for my fiance. Then I ordered the salmon with broccoli and cole slaw. When I inquired as to where my cole slaw was after the food arrived I was rudely told that at this location that particular dish did NOT come with coleslaw. After getting the menu out and showing it to our waiter he again went to the back and then brought out a small ramkin of coleslaw and dropped it on the table. NOT ONCE did anyone ask if we need a refill of drinks or fries. We had such a wonderful experience at the Red Robin in Baton Rouge that this was a bitter disappointment. We will not be visiting this establishment again as they do not care if they have customers or not.

They offered a FREE Tavern Burger and Bottomless fries to all Veterans for Veterans’ Day. They also had a table set to honor a Veteran who paid the ultimate sacrifice for OUR freedom! The food and service were great! Way to go Red Robin- Lafayette!
