Donuts are dry and taste like old grease. Waste of money.

Had the worst experience Saturday morning. Unbelievably rude service, and my chocolate donuts were cold. So cold, and hard they had to have been from the day before, and just pulled from a refrigerator. Never going back.

I have lived in multiple states, but this specific donut shop is the best available. The donuts here are larger than most donut shops, but they manage to not be greasy or too heavy. The icing is perfect too! The staff here are amazing too! Always kind and welcoming, even when the line of customers is out the door.

Me and Mom come almost every day and for the past month it has been extremely hot inside. Please fix the air conditioners. I don’t know how much more we can tolerate it.

Food was just okay. The dough wasn't cooked all the way through and the building AC was broken so that didn't help much. The staff was very nice though, but this wouldn't be something I'd go out of my way to have.

It's a donut joint, 🤤 great for a quick sweet treat. Thick doey donuts with loads of varieties and locally owned.

What happened to the apples in apple fritters? There were no apples in my apple fritters. Was told that blueberry donuts were sold out at 7:10 AM! Service was bad! Won’t be going back to Pinhook location for sure!

Went at 7 am. Glazed donuts were hot and delicious. Eclair and filled donuts barely had filling (almost empty). Didn’t like them. Cake donuts were good.
