Genuinely, I am not one to leave reviews, but one of the cashiers at this location is so beyond rude it’s not even funny. No “good morning”, no “how are you”, no “thank you”, no smile, nothing. It is so beyond obvious she does not want to be there, and I understand not liking your job but when people are paying customers some manners would be nice. Two cashiers over there are very nice. One with wavy black hair and the one that wears a little bandana are super friendly and sweet. The one with the glasses on the other hand, not so much.

Just a donut shop. No music donuts were ok. Price was good. But nothing extraordinary.

Go to the one on Guilbeau where the food is fresh, this location needs more involvement from ownership

Great service.
Donuts are dry and taste like old grease. Waste of money.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE AND HORRIBLE DONUTS! I am always extremely pleasant because I want the same in return. First of all the cashier dropped my box on the nasty floor...she went to the back to get hot donuts...🤮...in 50 years...I've never had a donut that was disgusting! Greasy...mushy...a bit doughy...Literally made my stomach churn. My daughter, a student at UL apologized to me for asking me to go. I put them in the trash! Didn't want to bother going back to deal with the nasty attitude. Never again!

They always have a bad attitude whether you go at 6, 8, or 10 am. They have next to no dining tables. And somehow their donuts always taste stale. But it’s just the location off pinhook. All of the other locations, everyone is SUPER nice and the donuts and stuffed breads ect are so good. We live close to this one so I would go sometimes for convenience, but after this morning and the quality of the food I got, Id rather drive across town or go to Cajun.

Had the worst experience Saturday morning. Unbelievably rude service, and my chocolate donuts were cold. So cold, and hard they had to have been from the day before, and just pulled from a refrigerator. Never going back.

I have lived in multiple states, but this specific donut shop is the best available. The donuts here are larger than most donut shops, but they manage to not be greasy or too heavy. The icing is perfect too! The staff here are amazing too! Always kind and welcoming, even when the line of customers is out the door.

Me and Mom come almost every day and for the past month it has been extremely hot inside. Please fix the air conditioners. I don’t know how much more we can tolerate it.

Food was just okay. The dough wasn't cooked all the way through and the building AC was broken so that didn't help much. The staff was very nice though, but this wouldn't be something I'd go out of my way to have.

It's a donut joint, 🤤 great for a quick sweet treat. Thick doey donuts with loads of varieties and locally owned.
