We had a spectacular time at Rock-n-Sake during Rhythms on the River! Our waiter, a young man named Alex, was a standout in our experience. He was polite, personable, and was great with our toddler. Any time or son waved at him, he waved back, he gave high fives, he picked up silverware and chopsticks from the ground, and all the while he stayed on top of serving us and his other tables. Me and the misses came in earlier today when they opened at 5. I was quite surprised by how good the food and staff were. We ended up trying the fried gyozo... and it was amazing. It was my first time trying fried beef gyozo. We then got a few specialty rolls and I was impressed. Normally, most sushi places taste similar, but the food here was fresh, and you could tell. This is one of my favorite sushi places, we decided to try different dishes and ordered the Tuna Kiku and let me tell you , was absolutely delicious! If you like sashimi’s try this one and you will not regret it. We like everything in the menu but my favorites are : shrimp wonton, Brussels sprout, tuna ceviche and of course the Tokio Tiny ❤️ I also like to add my Mexican touches and add some sliced jalapeños into my soya sauce 🤤🤤
