After arriving two minutes early, I waited at the podium for an additional seven minutes. After being sat at a booth next to a 12 top loud table. I requested to be moved so we could hear each other at the table. 18 minutes after sitting we were offered drinks.  When the food arrived, two of the four steaks were cooked, medium well when ordered medium rare . One of the steaks went back and was returned 25 minutes later cook correctly.  When I ordered a glass of wine...

The food was delicious. Our server was completely unavailable and basically ignored us during our time in the restaurant. Our dinner took almost 4 Hours. She would leave us for 30 to 45 minutes between the appetizer and the entree, then again between entree and dessert. I was so disappointed because this was a special occasion for me. I have never had such bad service at your restaurant.

Very accommodating. Initially had a 6:45reservation, but had to change time; the staff was able to change our reservation to 5:30, without problems . Olivia was our server and was perfectly attentive to us.
