I love the large beef and cheese sandwich on the sourdough bread. I usually just walk in and place my order to go. Service is good and typically don't have to wait long before my order is ready.

The restaurant was much more unkempt and dirty than it should have been with so little customers there and not during a rush. The food was absolutely great, although a bit pricey. I hope the kitchen was cleaner than how the lobby was. The chip selection is rather limited. The customer service was very good, and with how good the food was, it makes up for how pricey or how long the wait time was. It is hard to get over how half the tables were dirty with tash and crumbs were, including the drink area. This place needs to be cleaned better.

Drove half an hour out of my way to come here while traveling from slidell back to Texas. When I got there, sign on door said closed for graduation. I went to Popeyes instead which was within walking distance and the chicken there was amazing. Kinda glad now it was closed.

I’m not sure what is going on here, but this location is awful compared to the previously closed location. We have been here 3 times, only one of those times did everything go as planned. This past visit was over $40 for 2 people to eat. We showed up to pick up our food, there is no AC in the building and the drink machine has no ice. Get home to eat, they left the chips out of our order. My wife worked at Schlotzskys years ago and Ted was overly strict on the majority of workers (a few of them got very special treatment) and would have never let this type of nonsense go down. Maybe Ted needs to pass ownership along because Schlotzskys corporate would not enjoy seeing how this location is being run.

It was a great place to eat at, great food, a little bit of a wait time, but the food makes up for the wait. The wait depends on what time you go. One of the best lunch spots in this part of town, that is not seafood.
Since Ava started working here, the customer service has improved so much! She is always kind, polite, professional, and friendly, a rarity in fast-foods.

Whaaaaat? My 1st time eating here and it's the ?!!! Bye bye Pizza Artesia! Schlotzsky's Deli is where it's at! The California Chicken & Avocado Flatbread is BANGIN! Ordered online today and think I've found my new favorite place to eat!
