Overpriced, food was trash and they messed up the order. I gave this place multiple chances and they continue to disappoint, food took forever with little to no people there.

The “so say” manager called out everyone else’s order before mine. But she didn’t call mine out I was expecting her to call mine out because she called everyone else’s. So I had to wait for an hour not even joking. With the “manager” letting my food sit for about 35 minutes. This place is expensive and trash as hell. The “manager” was screaming and yelling at the cook josh. She was borderline yelling at him in an assaulting manner. I don’t know what type of operation yall have going on here. But clearly something needs to change. The manager was a white woman with blonde hair and a lot of tattoos. I genuinely use to think this place was good. But after this one experience you will never see my business again. Yall need to figure this out because Josh was doing a great job. The “manager” is rude and yall need to drug test her that’s all I have to say. To be talking to people like that isn’t ok. Clearly something’s wrong. I didn’t know this was Popeyes.

II went to the restaurant at 5:40 AM and I overheard the kitchen person and the cashier person talk about stop taking orders in my opinion. It sounds like the kitchen person refuse my order but I couldn’t tell and I wanted to clarify with the cashier person. She said no Due to it was almost closing he was taking a long time to make my order. I don’t think he made my order at all.. But he made me late for work for 15 minutes and I know it doesn’t take that long. All he had to say I refuse to make your order. Is that something wrong? I paid for it, but never received my order.

We took on Shakebacks after a fun night out. Open from dusk until dawn! My friends got fries, they were FIRE! I got a burrito, it wasn’t my favorite, so I shared it and got some fries in return. It was over the counter service, the girl helping us was super friendly and informative. It was a bit of a weird atmosphere and a bit humid inside. But overall good experience.

This place was okay when it opened, but now it’s complete trash. If they have the food you ordered, and that’s a big if, it taste like they cooked it the night before. At least they tried to fill my order this time with completely dry trash, last time they were just open and completely out of food… and completely rude and dumbfounded by the presence by people wanting food from their open restaurant.

I went to shake backs recently and have to say the wings were so good. We got the buffalo and spicy bbq wings. We also got the bread pudding. Special shout out to Jeremy who was there on his day off! Another special shout out to Macy! Jeremy and Macy were very busy but still provided amazing customer service.
Girl working the cash register on 9-07 with facial pierrcings was working super hard, store was full of people and she was still doing great. Amazing food and service

Young Caucasian girl at the front counter argued with me saying that chives are green onions. (I was asking about what comes on brisket fries). She was trying to make me feel beneath her. Must be new owners, the picture of the king cake bread pudding is not even served with the glaze anymore. That’s misrepresentation take down the pictures if that’s not what comes with it. 3/10 truly

Horrible!! This was my first time trying this place!!! We came at 6:10 they open at 6 we were greeted with “our cook is not here” so I asked when she would be there & he said “he didnt know” very casually like this happens often!! I assumed she was just running a few minutes late because stuff does happen. We told him we would wait, after a few minutes he told us she would be 20 minutes before she even got there… This is the worst first impression ever & I will not be going back!!! Very unprofessional…
