I’ve been a customer, for a little over six months and her teas and shakes have been a tremendous help with controlling my appetite and keeping me full. In addition to working out and eating healthy, I’ve lost weight and have been keeping it off. The owner is extremely knowledgeable of the products and personality is amazing!
