We don’t go to smoothie king often but my boyfriend wanted to go. We order as Normally everything was find. We got the to window to order and the lady at the window had the worst attitude. She didn’t smile she was very aggressive. We had her out scanner and she scans it tell us our total and tell us it will be out soon. When our order was ready she handed it to us and aggressively said “have a good day.

I order smoothie bowls almost every other day and I have had six occurrences which many more most likely I have pictures of every time I went that this has happened but the amount of money I am paying
for a smoothie bowl for it to not even be halfway full is ridiculous and I hate to be the one to complain but I mean it is very expensive for the amount of product I am getting I have photo evidence. I mean everyone is kind just. Feel Like I'm wasting money at this point.

I do want to add that this matter was taken seriously and I was contacted almost immediately. I appreciate the effort and kindness to fix the matter. Thank you

These employees were HUSTLING! They were crazy busy inside and out and were all multitasking and getting everything done efficiently we were in and out!!

We pulled up to get some drinks. Started saying our order, but the speaker kept cutting out. We started to repeat our order after asked to, and got no reply after that. My partner who worked at Smoothie King before explained that the headsets will cut off the person taking the order and switches the headset to the second station for another customer. We then sat there waiting for someone to take our order, which took another 2 minutes. At this point, from the girl on the intercom saying “hello welcome”, I could tell our previous order had been erased. It also seemed like the girl could barely hear us at all! Please get new headsets or a better system bc one of ur people couldn’t hear us at all! It seemed like she was frustrated I felt so bad for her! Get yall workers some new headsets so they can hear the customers properly and so that we won’t have to drive off with no food or nothin! This also isn’t the first time this has happened, we’ve gotten stuff here before and a manager had to give us coupons bc their speaker just wasn’t working! UPGRADE YALL SPEAKERS

A simple “hello” “thank you” “have a great day” could go a long way. The fact that no one even greets you when you walk in is so rude. The girl handed me my smoothie and I told them thank you because i actually have manners and they still didn’t say anything. Please teach your employees simple customer service skills.

Got to drive thru at 8:45 pm and ordered a smoothie bowl. The guy working drive thru told us they close at 9pm and they didn’t have time to make the smoothie bowl. Not only that but when we arrived he said order when you’re ready then like 15 seconds rudely says it again. It was obvious we wasn’t ready otherwise we would’ve ordered. The dude was very rude and was obviously more worried about getting off than serving their customers.
