The one on Jackson street extension is the best. Or it has been. I've never had bad luck there and I thought their $6 Smashburger deal was probably the best deal they had on their menu.

Ordered two All American BACON Smashers and got no bacon. My drink had a few pieces of ice and was half full of limeade.

So ten minutes after the lit the food is on the way sign food showed up cold and wrong. They gave me a single when I ordered and paid for a double. Never will get another dime from me.

I made it here at 7:22 and currently am still waiting on ONE SHAKE, at 7:46. I understand it is Christmas but no way i should be waiting over 20 minutes for one shake.

If you haven't had the turtle truffle blast....cut the crap & be more open minded when it comes to food. (Amp it up with peanut butter or caramel)

Lied to us about the stall working, we waited 45 minutes and had to ask a hopper about why no one answered or acknowledged. Had to order from app and move to a pickup stall, moments later another vehicle pulled up to the same stall we were at and all the sudden it worked. Service was extremely slow, food was average, wait time was unnecessary. This is the SECOND location that failed to meet expectations. Something has to change across the board for this “fast food” chain. Will not be going back or will not recommend.

I ordered the chicken club toaster three kids corn dog meals, and the supersonic double cheese burger. It was great as expected. I was thrown off from a sign that shows kids meals are $1.99 and I don't know what ambassador means but I wasnt even asked about it so it apprears like deceiving false advertisement. The screen on some of the drive ups were not turned on either, we thought it would turn on when we ordered but we had to go inside to pay. Defeated the purpose of the drive up. There is outdoor seating available.

Just over five dollars for 20 tater tots for a LARGE chili cheese tots. Look at the picture it's not even half full. This is why I'm not leaving a tip
