Sonic Drive-In

Lied to us about the stall working, we waited 45 minutes and had to ask a hopper about why no one answered or acknowledged. Had to order from app and move to a pickup stall, moments later another vehicle pulled up to the same stall we were at and all the sudden it worked. Service was extremely slow, food was average, wait time was unnecessary. This is the SECOND location that failed to meet expectations. Something has to change across the board for this “fast food” chain. Will not be going back or will not recommend.

I ordered the chicken club toaster three kids corn dog meals, and the supersonic double cheese burger. It was great as expected. I was thrown off from a sign that shows kids meals are $1.99 and I don't know what ambassador means but I wasnt even asked about it so it apprears like deceiving false advertisement. The screen on some of the drive ups were not turned on either, we thought it would turn on when we ordered but we had to go inside to pay. Defeated the purpose of the drive up. There is outdoor seating available.

Just over five dollars for 20 tater tots for a LARGE chili cheese tots. Look at the picture it's not even half full. This is why I'm not leaving a tip

Several times we have gone and waited 10-15 minutes after pushing the button before someone came on to take our order. Today we just left. Will never be back.
*Edit: It wasn't even crowded or busy either, there were maybe 2 other cars there!

Wasn’t busy asked for 2 burritos and it took em longer than 10 minutes! Seems like they were overwhelmed lol Should have just went to McDonalds next door would have took them 5 minutes max ! Ended up leaving bc I was gonna be late for work !

Cold burgers straight out the fridge. Cold wrapper, cold bread, cold patty. Felt less like a fresh meal and more like somebody’s leftovers being sold out of the cooler. Nobody pays for drive-thru food expecting a fridge-chilled burger. Completely unacceptable.

“If I wanted cold leftovers, I’d raid my own fridge, not pay Sonic for them.”....

Tyra was amazing. She helped me get my refund, was informative and professional. 409 Ambassador Lafayette,la

very unprofessional. tried to order two separate tickets for two fountain drinks and were denied because “the line was too long”. we just decided to place one order instead and ordered two diet cokes and we get to the window and they said the two diet dr peppers but my friend and i both don’t drink dr pepper. so i was like no maam we actually wanted two diet cokes and she blamed up and the manger was like close my window and all the employees are sitting their laughing through the window so at the point we did not even want the drinks anymore. we tried yelling, waving down the lady to get her attention because she still had my friend card and they just ignored us and charged her card. it was just ridiculous and so unprofessional over a minor change that did not even have a price difference.

Service was absolutely terrible. Waited 15 minutes after pressing the button twice. Ront go if your hungry. Keep inmind there were only 5 cars at the restaurant.
