The young man that came out stated that they no longer have the Sonic cream slush for 1.99. I told him that it's on the signs and in a running commercial. He went in to check he came right back out and said no. The slush is regular price . I paid for a large I ordered a small. I was tired of the bad experience and left and will never return!!! Incompetent!!!

Our green apple slush was more like lime juice with a squirt of green apple and the slush was melted. The burger was dry and messy. One of my favorite items on the menu is onion rings bc I know they are prepped every morning and they are just amazing.Well today they were not good. They were hard and tasted old. My boyfriend's tater tots were the same way. The only reason I ate my burger was bc I was so hungry. He could only eat a bite of his burger. It's just really disappointing bc we had been working all morning and we both were really looking forward to enjoying our lunch. Oh and I forgot to mention that I always use the app. For some reason the app would not let me order for that particular Sonic.

I placed a mobile order for pickup through the drive-thru. At 10:10 pm, I parked in one of the designated stalls, unaware that it was against the rules. Within 3 minutes, an employee named JT ran out to deliver my food. Instead of a polite greeting, he immediately informed me that I wasn’t supposed to park in the stall and should only use the drive-thru. He then went on a tangent about police and other cars parking there. While I have no issue with following the rules, I was unaware of this one. It was his approach and demeanor that I found unsettling, which led me to roll up my window on him. JT was wearing a blue store manager shirt.

The manager could not find my receipt, charged me the same as someone else that received queso dip, but said that I did not order queso dip, but the price was the same, and then was rude. When I asked to see the receipt there was a car behind us they pulled around to the window and he was rude to them as well.
