This location is so bad. I’ve waited over 30 minutes to get a drink brought out to my car. I called them to remind them, girl had an attitude and told me there was just two of them working. It was me and three other cars waiting by the way….i would have left if i knew a could cancel my order and get a refund.

This location is definitely having some issues. The app allows for sauce to be included with items that would regularly come with sauce for free, but their manager obviously disagrees with their corporate policy and refuses to honor their franchise agreement. I have come here on several occasions and never experienced an issue, but came through today and was told if I wanted my sauce that was ordered, I would have to pay separately. Y’all are getting so stingy and pinching pennies, not realizing you’ll lose a customer everytime you have an interaction like this. I would understand if I was asking for a superfluous amount of sauces, but I only requested 2 total sauces for 2 large orders of fries.

I’ve gone to this specific sonic twice now and while the blasts are good they don’t blend it all the way down. About 1/3rd of the ice cream at the bottom is plain vanilla. I thought they got rid of the large just because of this problem but your employees are making the mistake now. It makes me wonder if it was actually possible to get down to the bottom of the large and it was just employee error. I’ve been to other sonics in town and they can get it to the bottom so I don’t understand why this one simply cannot. The servers are always sweet, I have no problem with their attitude, I’d just like to get what I’m paying for. I’m the kind of person to add extras and it should easily stretch down to the bottom of the cup. This also seems like a recent occurrence because I’ve gone here before a while ago and it wasn’t like this at all. I’d also like a bit more extras if I pay for “extra”. For example when I add cookie dough to the Oreo cheesecake blast I expect an amount that is more than a “regular”.

Received the worst customer service at the drive through window. To the female that was working the window on 4/23 around 2pm with braids, you have the worst attitude and need to be retrained. Tried ordering a burger and was rushed through the order when I tried repeating it she said “yeah yeah I got all that” and upon getting to the window to pay, she repeated the incorrect order. I will definitely make the corporate office aware.

Worst sonic experience. The app isn't working.I ask the person who answers the stall.If there is another way to use Google Pay, they don't answer my question.I have to ask again. Only to be informed that no, I can't pay the way I would like to and I can't have my discount on my linemaide even though it's not my fault that the app isn't working. I won't be back to this location
