Pulled into a stall pressed the red button, the screen showed button activated but no one answered. Another car pulled in a few stalls down after a few minutes & we could hear them take their order. We chose to go through the drive thru where they did take our order but did not give us the total. Pulled to the window & sat without even being greeted for several minutes. If we were familiar with the area we would have went elsewhere. Finally gave us the total & took our payment. As of now we are still waiting for our one drink & our food.
Update... at least the food was decent.

I am truly disgusted. I received the wrong order and brought the wrong back. Instead of the server saying keep it cause you're not supposed to take food that has left the server hands back. Makes me wonder what they did with the other food 🤔. I will not be eating here anymore, really disgusting

I don't know why I keep giving this location a chance when they disappoint every single time. I've waited over 10 mins after checking in with the mobile app and the only reason they came was because I had to buzz them after checking in on the app; This has occurred multiple times. The food is not presentable nor made correctly. It always looks thrown together and sloppy. Im done with visiting this location

Coming at night after 8 service is horrible, they are so slow and don’t give a reason as to why they are that freaking slow!! If it wasn’t for me picking up for a DoorDash order I would have burnt out!

I usually like most Sonic Drive- ins. But I was not to happy with this one on. Pin hook down by police station. We picked up lunch and went to park. I had to eat my chili cheese tots with my hands because they forgot my fork. Check your order before you leave this Sonic!

This location has been reported to corporate for the worst service in Lafayette. Every time we go there the order is wrong and when you give it back to get the correct order they give you back THE SAME WRONG ORDER.

Never have left a review on anything before.. but I have gone to this sonic several times and I don’t think I’ve ever gone without the service being absolutely awful. Just waited 15 minutes for my food and my order was wrong. Never going here again and I recommend anyone who wants fast food to go literally anywhere else.

I’m sure other people experience this too but at this point just don’t go to this sonic. I went here at 6pm and they definitely had people There but no one answered. Not the drive through and not any stalls. They honestly need to close this location down. The people who run it obviously don’t want too. It’s not that they have a hard job. They just don’t want to do it.

I've ordered on the sonic app and checked in at the stalls several times. It usually takes 5-10 minutes after checking in, which is usual. However, on multiple occasions I've recieved burgers that were somewhat burned. My milkshakes have also sometimes came out missing ingredients.
