I ordered from Uber eats. I usually don't complain because I'm ordering through an app and expect someone to deliver an order for me on a cold day. However, when I have to wait more than 2 hours to get my order and it's not even the right order, then I have a big issue. I got an Oreo blast instead of the Choco Brownie and I got a large sprite instead of a large limeade slush. I don't mind the switch of the blasts because they're the same price, but paying basically double the amount for a sprite is uncalled for. If there had been communication about not having enough stock or other unforeseen issues, I would have bypassed it. Unfortunately, I had no communications. My phone number and Uber Driver is available to communicate, use the phone number and respectfully talk to the Uber Driver.

Literally the worst service ever I came at nine and I waited 10 minutes just for someone to take my order. I kept saying hello and no one was answering so I eventually went to a stall and placed a mobile order because it seems like I have to do someone else’s job by placing a mobile order. The employees looked at me extremely rude while I was waiting on my food. There is one other car in the stall, and there was no one else in the drive-through. I don’t understand why it took so long and why the employees were so rude to me although it seems like this happens a lot, judging by the other reviews.

Don’t come past 9 pm! Waited at 1 stall for 20 minutes with the button pressed, and no one ever asked to take our order. Meanwhile, there were 3 workers sitting inside looking out the window and saw us sitting there. They took someone elses order while we were waiting. After waiting, we tried the drive thru and sat there for another 10 minutes, no answer. It’s ridiculous. 4 people inside and no one can take an order!

messed up order multiple times, rude employees, and for the cherry on top did not return a gift card that still had money on it. had to go walk in to get it back because they lied about it and tried to keep it. wish i could give 0 stars

I come here regularly, as I work in the area. The past few times I have come, I have had the worse experience. I use online ordering every time, and I am left at the stall. Use the intercom to check see if theres any issues, and always get the same your order is coming. Last time, I had to place a second order, to get anyone to bring me anything. When asked about 1st drink, the carhop argued that it he only picked up that drink and not the original. Ive had my food given to someone else, to have to pull around and get anyones attention and still have them remake the order wrong. Even today, sat for 20 minutes, waiting for a single drink. Contacted support several times, still have yet to recieve any kind of help on these matters. Refunds that are promised go unfulfilles. Im done with this place. I will not be returning to this Sonic, or any others again

We were traveling from an out of town appt. We ordered our food on my app so we could grab some lunch quick. First, they brought out the incorrect order with my receipt. Then they brought our order out and the corn dogs seemed old, greasy, and hard, the onion rings were greasy and soggy, and the tator tots were very greasy like they were refried. We couldn't eat the food. We had to throw it away. There went $11 out the door.
