Poorly managed. This is the third time we have gone and had these poor workers running a skeleton crew where they can only use the drive through. No ice cream either. Hire more people and treat your employees better so this doesn't happen!

i ordered a cheesy bacon sonic stack combo with a large chili cheese tot. the person taking my order couldn’t hear me well and kept putting the wrong things on the screen. they ended up giving me an extra fry because they weren’t listening to me. my boyfriend wanted bacon on his burger they didn’t add it on there. i asked for pickles on my burger they didn’t put pickles and couldn’t give me a cup of pickles. every time we go to this sonic it’s always stressful ordering and they ALWAYS get it wrong. every time

It is so refreshing to order something specific and get exactly what you ordered! It seems simple enough, but I have ordered the sonic cheeseburger with extra lettuce and no pickles at other sonic restaurants and I never get the fantastically delicious burger that I got today at this Sonic! Well Done 👍🏼

It wasn't horrible but I do think waiting 10 minutes for just a drink that you placed ahead of time is a little ridiculous. Especially when there are only 2 other cars there and no one in the drive thru.

The young girl who took our order was very rude and nonchalant. We asked questions and they rushed us when there is literally no other customers here at the restaurant. Very unprofessional giving a 1 star. The malts were also runny.

Spent $31 on food and this is what I get for my sides... chopped up bits of sides? Had to re-order tater tots because the first batch was mutilated. Got the new order and they were just as bad. The jalapeño poppers were also mutilated like someone ate a few bites and spit them out. Please do better. Such a disappointment. Didn’t even get an apology about the messed up sides just a bag of food shoved in my face like they didn’t have the time of day to make it better.
