The young girl who took our order was very rude and nonchalant. We asked questions and they rushed us when there is literally no other customers here at the restaurant. Very unprofessional giving a 1 star. The malts were also runny.

Spent $31 on food and this is what I get for my sides... chopped up bits of sides? Had to re-order tater tots because the first batch was mutilated. Got the new order and they were just as bad. The jalapeño poppers were also mutilated like someone ate a few bites and spit them out. Please do better. Such a disappointment. Didn’t even get an apology about the messed up sides just a bag of food shoved in my face like they didn’t have the time of day to make it better.

Ive tried giving this location a chance but it’s genuinely the fact of everytime i order its always wrong. I’ve ordered multiple times and every time i have to turn around and go back for something. I literally hate doing it cause i dont like being an inconvenience but its frustrating. I understand it gets busy i work in food service but its just laziness at this point.

At around 1430hrs on November 10 2024 I sat at the stall for over 20 minutes after I pushed the red button and no one responded or took my order. I drove around to the drive through and the lady told me to please hold where I set there another 10 minutes to have her come back on and tell me the drive through was as closed. Not sure what the issue was.

Today was the third time we've been to this Sonic. The 2 times before, they screwed up the orders a lot. This time after we pushed the red button, the message it was activated came up, and then it was promptly canceled. We pushed it again and then waited and waited and waited. Nobody acknowledged us, so after about 15 minutes we left. Needless to say we will not be going here again and recommend nobody else going.

By far the worst sonic in the Acadiana area. Drive thru is sometimes open and sometimes closed, you may sit for several minutes with no answer in a stall, incorrect orders constantly… it must be a different franchise or management from the others in Lafayette. Just went today as it’s on my way home and I asked myself why did I do it with several separate bad experiences(my order was incorrect today). Go to any other sonic in Lafayette…

7/31. Went to drive threw it was not working .no sign up saying it was broken. Went to a parking spot pushed button sat another 18 minutes no response waisted 30 minutes of my lunch and no service at all

Food was cold and horribly made they even gave me my money back due to lack of effort by the ppl preparing the food. I do have to say the girls delivering the food and the management who made things rite were polite and very understanding.
